We had service repair for our Maytag Bravo Washer and although we had some miscommunication between the warranty group, Ron and Linda hung in there. Linda was consistent with her contacting me and assuring Me the job would be done. And it was! Thank You Ms. Linda, Ron and Service Center for your help. My washer is like brand new again.

I can’t believe Unilocal let me down! These guys are idiots. Had them come out to repair out double oven that wasn’t working (temperature control). They were there for over 5 hours, said they fixed the upper oven, but had to order a $ 150 part for the lower oven. They came back to fix the lower oven, charged us another service call and installed what was supposed to be wrong with the lower oven. Well here we are today, almost $ 500 lighter in our wallet, and NEITHER OF OUR OVEN’S work. Can’t get to or keep a constant temp. Have to turn the upper oven on 475 degrees just to get the oven to 350 deg. Then it will heat up to 475 degrees 15 minutes later and burn our food. These guys are a joke. And all I saw on Unilocal was 5* reviews. We can’t be the only ones that were ripped off by these guys… Don’t use them, you will be sorry!

Oakdale Appliance is very thorough. There was a problem with the orifices on my gas stove to convert to propane. The book and the store where we bought it said they were adjustable orifice’s but they were not. Ron researched it thoroughly and found the correct orifice to convert it and told me which one to order. When the part arrived, I called them and they came out within a few hours and installed it and now the oven works great. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repair and I will definitely use them again when I need a repair. Very honest and very fair pricing

Our Freezer went out on the weekend, Ron from Oakdale Appliance came out and found the burnt out coil that caused this issue and had it fixed and running within 30 minutes. He seemed to have a level of experience you just cannot get from large appliance centers who I might trust in install a product but not repair it. I will be calling him back when needed. It is nice to see someone with a high level of product knowledge on appliance repair. Thank you again Ron.
