Stop number two of my visit to «stores I’ve never been to before». The Nutcracker Sweete always seemed very intriguing to me, specifically the word «sweete». Gotta love the fancy spelling! ;)
The store is located in McHenry Village. It is pretty small inside and packed with oodles of teddy bear and stuffed animal paraphernalia. I thought that they would have more candy and sweets due to the name of the business. Alas, there was one counter with some chocolates and a dispenser of other types of hard candy but that was it. No gummi candies! As a fan of Swedish Fish and gummi coca-​cola bottles I was rather melancholy. Oh well, I didn’t need the candy I just like to know it’s there if I do. ;)
