If I could give this place negative stars I would. Because I wasn’t knowledgable with shipping when I opened my business, I came here to mail my first packages. I was thinking I was going to have to raise shipping prices on all my customers, but after shopping around I soon realized I got completely ripped off and I feel 100% taken advantage of. They charged me almost double of what I should have paid. That’s unfortunate because this store is around the corner from my house, but I would rather drive across town and gladly take my business elsewhere.

I am usually a USPS girl. Just get it shipped, nothing fancy. I went in yesterday afternoon, beause I was required to use FedEx on this particular occasion.
The business is a pleasant enough setting for mailing a package. (The radio wasn’t on, and no one else was in the place — I had a far different experience than the other reviewer).
The owner was delightful, recommended a lot of different options, and tried to get me the cheapest rate while still getting me features I needed (signature required, etc).
On a personal note, I decided to come here because this business shipped a lot of care packages to soldiers in Afghanistan, free of cost. I wanted to support a business that would do such a great thing, and I’ll continue to come here anytime I need to FedEx anything.
