Mountain Mike’s Pizza

Let’s see, I ordered my pizza about an hour and 15 minutes ago… estimated time was 45 minutes. This is stupid! I’ll be curious how it will be IF it ever gets here.
Edit: Of course it arrived shortly after i posted this. Some sort of mistake or delivery miscue. Pizza is luke warm… NOT pleased. Will not order again.

We had a great experience here the other day! Brandon helped us out even though he said he’s usually delivering pizzas! He was so nice and helpful! He started our great experience and then their yummy pizza finished it!
Great service and great food!

No stars if i could. My order was completely unsatisfactory and not correct. Worst of all I saw a roach in the womans restroom that crawled from behind the toilet. I wanted to vomit and leave as fast as possible.

I was drawn in by the sign shaker at the Carpenter street location. The lunch buffet was simple but good. [not a lot of selections, but good quality.] The crust tastes a bit like sourdough. They make it on site. It was after the lunch rush, not busy, so I enjoyed taking my time with my meal and I had a chance to chat with the staff and a few other customers. I like a place where the staff and customers are happy! :]

This place is disgusting. Just as we finished our pizza we found a cockroach next to our table. Our kids were grossed out. I informed manager and she was trying to be passive about the whole situation. Never eating there again. Makes me wonder about cleaning practices at other locations?

Horrible service, I have been waiting 30 minutes and my pizza is still not in the oven, I would suggest any other mountain mikes besides this one, the people running the place needs to be fired because they are straight idiots.

They are all over the place. Took over an hour to get our pizzas. Then when we got out cheeseburger pizza it had no meat! This place is crazy and needs to get some workers that know what they are doing

Tried this location for the first time and was disappointed by the customer service the lady at the register was nice but seemed like she was overwhelmed and new. The lady next to her kept nagging to her about what she wasn’t doing right and to be honest I was embarrassed for her. Correcting her in front of customers is not ok when ur doing it rudely. We also waited 45 min for our pizza, pizza tasted good

THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! IF you don’t mind spoiled lettuce in their salad bar AND you can handle the 18hrs of lingering Mountain Mike’s peeing from your butt after eating one of their greasy pizzas…
While initially the flavor of their pizza was good, there has GOT to be some way of making it less greasy and avoiding the flaming hot Cheetos butt hole that accompanies having eaten at this fine dinning establishment.

I called this location because the one on Hatch was not answering the phone for some reason. I will not ever come back to this location. I ordered my pizza on the phone and also asked for a side of wings. As far as I know, MM has only one kind of wing sauce. I’ve ordered from Hatch and a location near my home in San Jose, they both have only one flavor and either a 6 or 12 pc. This place hit me with a curve ball. they asked me to chose between 5 other flavors and either a 8−10−18 pc. I asked her to give me a 10pc of the usual ones MM has, she tells me «oven baked» I say fine, those ones.
I get there and they are «naked» wings. no sauce at all. I go back into the store and tell them the situation about how the other MM’s have only one type of wing… They assumed it was the buffalo sauce. I thought they were going to toss the already made «oven baked» wings in the buffalo sauce but no, they decide to make a whole new batch. My pizza is in my car getting cold and I got a soccer game to watch. I waited another 10 –15 mins for the wings to find that they were not well cooked at all! They were soggy and chewy/​slimy :(They totally rushed the wings and gave me crap that made my stomach hurt the next morning. I mean if you’re a chain, I would expect the food to be consistent but I guess not.
Thank goodness I do not live close to this location. Won’t be back for sure!

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. I had called at 6:30 pm to order. Girl was rude on the phone and wasn’t nice. She had a big attitude and seemed like she could care less. She told me pizza would be here 45– 1 hour. I had called again at 8 pm to see where my pizza was and the same girl answered the phone again. I asked her where was my pizza at and she said oh you didnt order until 715 pm and I said no I ordered at 630 pm time was on my phone. She told me that my pizza should be there by 8:30 pm. So I told her my pizza was not coming in 45 mins and that 8:30 was two hours from where I had ordered. She continued to be rude and have an attitude and did nothing to apologize or compensate. So its now 9:24 pm and my pizza still never showed up. I will be calling there first thing in the morning to complain to a manager. I would give this place negative stars. Doesn’t deserve no stars.

Wow! If I could give them LESS than 1 star I would! I ordered a pizza at 6:30, told it would be here by 7:20. Here we are at 7:45 and still NO PIZZA. Called and got excuses. Last time we order here. We will take our business to Round Table. Prices are ridiculous too!

Pizza is almost always very good. Our family goes to the lunch buffet at least once a week since it’s close to our house. .My son is 2 years old and I know his lunch is free since he’s under 3. .The female manager always tries to charge me for his buffet, which I will gladly pay for when he’s 3! She acts like it comes out of her personal pocket and is ALWAYS rude when at the counter. She takes her tone too far, its just a pizza buffet, which includes some Jello and usually a half a slice of pizza. Her attitude is pretty ridiculous! Today we went in and it was the same thing. When we walk in and see her I know it’s going to be an issue. Rest of the staff are pleasant.

Staff has always been exceptional. I am giving only 3 stars because of the quality of the pizza. Lately, well the last 6 months or so the quality has been declining. Our pizza was burnt in a few places one time, another my who family and my sons friend had the runs a few hours after eating your pizza and the last time the pizza didn’t taste as great. I love your pizza. This is why we never stopped going to your store. I figured everyone has a few bad experiences from time to time.

I called in my order at 7:45 and was told it would be an hour to hour and fifteen before delivery. That was fine, going to be here at 9 at the latest. 9:15 comes and I call to be told they are backed up and leaving now. 10:05 comes and I call again, delivery guy just left the building but they are comping the whole meal as well as adding a free large pizza to our number for next time.
The pizza was really good and I understand things happen. Very pleased with how they handled the mishap. Very good customer service.

Have had Mountain Mike’s Pizza numerous times. My family prefers it over everything else in town. Tonight when we picked up our order, they gave us the wrong pizza. They ended up delivering the correct pizza within a half hour. Good customer service.

They may have delivered Root Beer instead of Dr. Pepper.
But their Pizza was AWESOME!!! It was my first time having Mountain Mike’s and it won’t be my last!

Wonderful service, delicious pizza. My fav is their jalapeño cheese breadsticks which are free w/​check in!

While the pizza is still my favorite, I’m not excited about scraping half of my pizza off the top of the pizza box. This specific delivery also took 2 HOURS. After waiting an hour, I called and was told that they were short staffed and that the pizza should arrive shortly. Um, no. The delivery guy was frazzled and didn’t come with any of the ranch dressing that I paid for. Also no Parmesan cheese or pepper flakes. The worst part was opening it up and realizing that it appeared the pizza had been taken on a roller coaster prior to arriving at my house. I didn’t call at the time to complain (my fault), but the next time I called in a pizza order there, I mentioned the incident and told them I would show them a picture of the mess, but I wasn’t offered any compensation. I know I should have called them the minute that I opened the box, but at that point I was just happy to have «something» for the family to eat.
I am a second chance kinda gal. I hardly ever write negative reviews. But since then, every time we have had pizza delivered from here they have forgot the ranch every single time. I always remind them when I call and tell them that I will pay for it but sadly they never bring it.
Like I said before, I love MM and the pizza at this location is great. But never again will I get a pizza delivered from this location again.
