We showed up late for our appt because stupid me, decided to take Carpenter Rd. Who knew Carpenter Rd would be gridlocked at 8 am?
When we arrived here the front desk greeted us with a smile even though we were late. She promptly called radiologist to see if we can still be seen. She agreed to. She told us that we’d have to wait until she can get us in, not long after were called in. The front desk are nice and very professional, not to mention also quick and efficient.

I’m sure the ladies at the front dest are overwhelmed with the chaos in the front lobby, it was very crazy in there, but the lady that was my first exposure to the business was very short and slightly rude as if I was bothering her by waiting in line and asking where I needed to be. She said, «Can I help you?», «What insurance do you have?», and «Second floor».
After that, the rest of the process was fairly decent. We have had a few X-​rays done there and every time, it’s pretty much the same, even our more recent experience (two weeks ago).
I just called to schedule another procedure and I was disappointed to hear they were scheduling so far out, about three weeks to a month. We weren’t able to wait that long.

Arrival front door, pushy gal, wanted my papers, than said im in wrong place. Go 2^nd floor. Mexican girl while busyness with non English female and kid’s, ssid come over to side of desk, I questioned that as I was rude to invade privacy. Yhis mexican stated she was a multitasker. My papers sat on counter un addressed. I stated hey you said you multitask. I took my med card and left! Modesto Advanced imaging, much better to non Mexican folks.

They ladies who work here are not worth your time, they were very rude && had a mean attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Showed up a day early for my Mammogram without my Drs. referral. Did they turn me away??? No. They fit me in and let my husband fax my referral over. Speaking for the Breast Imaging Office, clean and staff very nice.

They office is very nice but everything else is a disappointment. I made the appointment with a sweet girl who gave me wrong information. Could not go in the room with my husband for his procedure after the person who made the appointment said I could, not happy about it at all. I wanted to make sure the procedure was done correctly (which I am still not sure of and the procedure was months ago). Once I got the report information was missing and I had to make a few phone calls to even get the information added. I wish they had allowed me into the room, I would not have made the appointment here if I was not told I can go in over the phone. It was a very disappointing experience.

This place has a nearly identical name as Modesto Radiological Imaging, shares the same phone number and address as MODESTO RADIOLOGICAL MEDICAL, but when I accidentally paid this group $ 500 instead of the other group, they failed to notify me or refund my money until the other company put me into collections. They then explained they are in fact the SAME company, but not really. When I asked for a supervisor the rep told me it wouldn’t do any good… that’s probably true.
DO NOT LET YOUR DOCTOR REFER YOU TO THESE PEOPLE!
