Accused me of stealing aluminum beams from them!!! Took me over 2 months to get money!!! Will never go back!!! Go at your own risk!!! Beware!!!

I don’t trust them. Caught the weighmaster (grandson of the founder) shorting me over 200 lbs. Claimed he didn’t but would not check the cameras to double check the scale weights. If you choose to use them, take pictures of the scale and use your own math or use a certified scale to check accuracy. I offered them a second chance to redeem themselves and they declined.

Catheys Valley, CA

This is the best place around. They pay the most and workers will actually come out to help you bring in your recycling. This is helpful when you have more than you can handle on your own. They also don’t sift and nitpick every single thing you bring them like some other places I’ve been to. I bring my recycling from over 60 miles away — that’s how highly I think of them!
On a side note — no walk-up recycling places recycle catalytic converters.

I called there and asked specifically if they take catalytic converters. They told me yes and I drove from manteca to Modesto for them to tell me they don’t take them. I don’t want to be mean but I did waste my gas
