Bought a set of couches, red faux leather in May of 2011, and paid cash. Wasn’t happy with them when they dropped them off, they were dis-aligned and there was a gap in the love seat between the recliners. I called to complain, it took them almost two months to come out and look at them. The man that came out disregarded everything I was saying and said they were fine. Three years later the paint started to wear off, called again and they told me the couches were out of warranty. Now, five years later they are the most hideous things I’ve ever seen. every time we get up we have red paint on us and it’s all over the floor. So upsetting that I paid so much money for these worthless couches. Never again will I shop here and I will tell anyone looking to buy furniture to not go there.

I purchased over $ 16,000 worth of good quality furniture for just under $ 10,000! I shopped over 15 stores and even online before making a decision to go here! It doesn’t look like the nicest furniture warehouse from outside or inside but they carry brand names for wholesale prices. Both freddy and jose were very helpful with my choices and i ended up with a steal! All name brands, great service and on time. I have had 3 other family members purchase from their since then and i will definitely go back when needed.

We bought a love seat and couch from them. When we got it home and took it out of the plastic the fabric was messed up. We called them and told the about this and they ordered us a new one and exchanged it under manufacturer defect. That is A plus service. I will be shopping here again!

I went in becuase a friend took me there to show me the furniture. Its located in a wherehouse in an industrial area. They have a good selection of living room sets and tables but only a small selection of bedroom sets. I saw a set i LOvEd and asked for the informtion on it. When i got home i looked it up to send a picture of it to my husband. Come to find out the information i was given. Manufactor. Was wrong. After the guy there wrote down the info for me i asked him to write down the model and he insisted i would be able to find it with the info he gave me. Luckly i had written down informtion of my own and afterall i ended up finding it. First of all it dosent sit right with me when store reps do not know their products. Second i was calling the store for over one hr every ten min to ask a question about the set. There has been no answere and no option to leave a voicemail. I think if i were to order my furniture from there how would i be able to get a hold of anyone if i had a problm or needed additional information??? Would i really have to drive an hr away just to speak to someone!!! And who is knowledgeable enough to help me?!? Its enough for me to do business somewhere else. Too bad cause they had a good price on a really nice set. But come to think. who knows if he even knew his prices. O well.

I just cancelled my order at liz andrew furniture. They fuckin call me at 630 when they had confirmed that they would deliver at 3, and told me that they were now missing the matresses and the dining table. The fuck?! I fuckin called 3times today and all they did was push out my delivery to 5pm and I called at 530 and he still confirmed that they’d deliver. They could’ve told me it wasn’t going to happen. The lady calls me from Turlock to tell me this. Fuck that place! Completely irresponsible and ZERO accountability. 3weeks waiting for my $ 2300order 2 damn afternoons lost waiting for an order that wasn’t going to be delivered and only ONE call from them after 7 of mine and like 20unanswered phone calls to them. NEVERAGAIN
