Our sprinkler had been leaking, unknown to us, for years. Finally one day, a puddle appeared, and I was able to determine the source of the leak– a slow drip from one of the elbows on the orange CPVC pipe. It was buried in the ceiling, so I cut out a square around it to allow for easy access. Unless you find the idea of turning your house into an indoor water park attractive, I don’t suggest attempting to repair CPVC sprinkler pipe yourself. It’s not as easy as it looks. Don’t ask how I know that.
We called JR Wagner on a Sunday, and they suggested that if we could wait until Monday during business hours, rates would be much cheaper since it wouldn’t be an emergency call. We took their advice and called back on Monday.
We e-​mailed them a picture as well as told them the size of the pipe, and the parts we thought were involved. They quoted us the price for the repair over the phone before work began so we knew what we were getting into.
That same morning, Foreman John arrived promptly, got right to work, and explained the repairs that he made when he was finished. He was extremely kind, polite, and a pleasure to talk to. The repairs he made appeared to be of the highest quality and it looks stronger than when it was new. It worked the first time, no leaks.
You just can’t put a price on the service they provide. It’s fantastic.

We had to relocate and install new sprinklers in our retail shop. I found JR on Unilocal and decided to call base on the reviews. I am so glad that I did! I cannot say enough about Jon & his team. Jon made sure he met our deadline. He kept me inform step by step. He was honest! He completed the job in one and a half day vs a week quoted by another company. We had a burst fire sprinkler pipe in a brand new home we had just moved into right after the New Years holiday. They sent out a technician on a Sunday night who was able to repair the hole in the pipe and test the system so we could return water to the house before the next day. We had called around so many places and either they wouldn’t come out on a Sunday, they didn’t do residential, or they wanted a minimum of 24 – 48 hours of the water being off. This company was extremely professional and was able to help us out with a minimum of inconvenience. Donny the technician was very polite and courteous and really saved the day. They do charge an emergency rate for off hours but who doesn’t. If I ever had trouble with my sprinklers again, this would be the first place I would call. I would highly recommend them.

Let me start of by saying that if I could give JR Wagner Fire Protection more than 5 stars, I would without any hesitation whatsoever.
I had to get a leaking fire sprinkler head replaced in my home. I was pleasantly surprised when Jon answered my call late on a Friday evening He asked me to text him a picture of the leaking head, and immediately alerted me to the fact that it was a defective and recalled sprinkler head. Jon is extremely knowledgeable and recommended the right replacement heads, provided a very reasonable quote, and scheduled the job on short notice. Chad and his helper from JR Wagner came over on-​time on a Friday, were super efficient, super professional, and got all the work done smoothly. My wife and I are very happy that we came across JR Wagner Fire Protection. I would highly recommend Jon and his team for any fire protection related work.

We had a problem with our hydrants testing correctly with another company so we decided to get a second opinion. JR Wagner came out immediately, performed the test correctly, and thankfully, our hydrants passed without any issues. We will be using JR Wagner from now on, and we highly recommend them!

We had a leaky fire sprinkler head on a Sunday morning and John was quick to get here and did a GREAT job! He had to cut a little drywall out, but made sure to cut the minimum amount so we wouldn’t have too much repair.
