Jack In The Box

Don’t really care for reviewing fast food joints since it seems kind of silly. It’s a jack in the box. I am not going here to get pan fried duck drizzled with an aromatic plum sauce. No, I come here to see what abomination of god I can purchase for six dollars. I sometimes wonder what culinary experience people are expecting from jack in the box. Luckily, I know exactly what I am getting into.
I come here to be a fat and disgusting human being like probably 90 percent of its clientele. I come here far more than I would like to admit, and have experienced everything a jack in the box can offer. I can think of only two gripes in the 50+(shame is real) times ive been here.
Man do they forget napkins. Too many a time I take a bite of a greasebomb to find out I was left high and dry.
Also, one time they overcooked my bun and forgot to give me the cake I ordered (is it shame at this point?) I drove back, explained the situation and they hooked it up for my trouble without me even prompting. Weird coupons? Np. I ordered the 49er special multiple times. Sure, they had no idea what I was talking about at first but I gave them more than zero seconds to figure out what I was talking about and go figure they took care of it.
The food here is what it is, but the staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful.

I’m beyond pissed at this location. I’ve never had a problem with jack in the Crack until coming here. First off this place is a dump. Second, employees have a attitude. If you hate your job quit !. First I order Breakfast a while ago and order was completely wrong. Not 1 thing right. Now I’m in another city I open bag and no one got what they wanted. I should have checked but I’ve never had this problem before. Then a couple months ago we ordered and was short by 4 tacos. The shake we got was disgusting. Too much peppermint not edible. So i call number and it kept ringing. Then it went to a automated system that said you have reached a voice mail that hasn’t been set up. So i have to make my kids something else to eat because they didn’t have there food in the order. I went to fast food for the convenience of not cooking. I hate this location !

This is one of the worst places to get food just go to the mcdonalds across its a lot better. One reason I came and when i ordered they kept asking do you cheese on it and i said sure and they said its gonna be a lot more and them I said no thanks so they kept asking if i wanted cheese on the rest of my orders so then i said no. So then when i went to the drive thru window it was $ 33 they gave me my drinks then i asked if they had any drink carriers and then they said no so i said you know what just give me my money back. CAN YOU BELIEVE THE MANAGER TRIED GIVING ME $ 23 I TOLD HIM THIS IS $ 23 I PAID $ 33 THEN HE GAVE ME MY MONEY SECOND MCDONALD’S TASTE A LOT BETTER JACK IN TH BOX IS ON THE BOTTOM OF MY LIST

Went through the drive through yesterday. Used a BOGO coupon that came in the mail a couple of days ago. The manager tried to take my coupon and tell me it was no longer valid even though the date on it was 8÷8÷15.
After being told that it was NOT expired and him verifying that it was still valid, he begrudgingly let me use it.

Terrible service lied and did not honor price on drive through menu food was sitting out for I don’t know how long I guess I will not visit this one again. Drive through girl was horribly rude.

Use the drive-​thru for any service.
We were standing there for several minutes before someone said «We’ll be with you in a moment.»
After 10 – 12 minutes, we left without placing an order, being ignored for the drive-​thru. Another person had been waiting for their order to be filled since before we were there, and just left before we left.

For a fast food restaurant this Jack in The Box deserves 4 stars in my eyes. What I like about this particular Jack in the Box is they are open for 24 hours… maybe they all are. I’m grateful they are open for all of my late night cravings especially after a night filled with drinking adventures and my stomach is craving a greasy meal. I can guarantee you’ll feel fat and disgusted when you are finished stuffing your face, but hey sometimes that’s ok.
There are many burgers and I like their variety. It ranges from the Ultimate cheese burger, the classic Jumbo Jack and one of my personal favorites the delicious Sourdough Jack. I like to sometimes get the greasiest tacos ever 2 for 99 cents and dip them in their delicious ranch with a large Dr. Pepper which is sweeter than other places. On occasion I will get an Oreo cookie shake, mmm mmmm.
So what’s also neat about JITB is the breakfast served all day. That isn’t lie my friends. Can you get your an Egg McMuffin at 1 am? No sir you cannot.
I only use the drive thru at this location and it isn’t the quickest but that is ok. I believe they cook everything to order especially when you are going late at night/​early morning hours, which is appreciated. I like it that my food comes out fresh and crazy hot.
As for the Jack-​in-​the-​Box itself — it’s all right, no complaints. It’s your typical Jack in the Box with typical Jack in the Box food.
If you are looking to get a meal late and not worried you’re going to gain a few extra pounds, while clogging your arteries a bit, then hit up Jack in the Box you wont be disappointed.

The service here is usually fine. Quick and friendly. But the food at this location for some reason doesn’t taste as good as other locations. The tacos are drenched in oil that seems to be old and tastes like everything else that’s been fried in it all day.

They were out of smoothies but the customer service and the oatmeal was great

Late night after bar fast food. Ehh service and really slow at night!

I usually go to the one on mc Henry, but this was closer, so i figured why not.
Me and my gf went to dine in, and we ordered two spicy chickens, one with peppercorn mayo. in turn, we ended getting two spicy chickens with the special sauce… So i figured, hey, it can happen to anyone why not… So we give the burgers back, and i know for sure they just scrapped it off and put mayo back in the same burger =/​sooo whatever, we continue eating, the burgers were nice, but then i wasn’t feeling full, so i decided to order tacos. I go up to the cashier and specifically say, two tacos with EXTRA, EXTRA lettuce. So he replies to me, we charge 10c for that, but ill give it to you for free. My first thought was I don’t recall a jack in the box ever charging for extra anything, are the owners that greedy? I hope that location is not part of the chain, because that’s plain wrong. so anyways shortly after, i get my tacos, and go figure, they barely had any lettuce in them.
So I’m never coming back. and i suggest if you decide to go get some jack, go somewhere else, like mcHenry, where the employee’s are competent enough to follow the orders you give, and wont charge you an extra 10c for extra lettuce.
They had their two chances, not many stores blow it the FIRST DAY.
