Hi I have been a few times to this since Halloween haunts don’t scare me so I go by the people in them and atmosphere. They get a A plus for not letting large groups in but only people in your group !! That is where a lot of haunts screw up. They did well with the masks and makeup and creep factor with some of the actors. I liked that it wasn’t just all them screaming in your face but some just starring at u or whispering mixed in with the scream factor. Well done

Love this place. They do such a great job at scaring the heck out of you. You can tell they take pride in what they do and put a lot of work in to making it looks amazingly horrifying. Definitely the best haunted house in Modesto.
