They first year we bought the tree we were extremely happy and paid a reasonable price, second year paid more and tree lasted all the way until March! This year again we paid more, they over charge us from what they price tag said. Our tree this year was beautiful the first week and then the tree stopped taking in water (I even purchased there tree solution). It lost many needles since the day we purchased it. Needless to say our tree was dead before Christmas. Very disappointing considering the price. When we purchased the tree we noticed none of the tree were even in water. I will never go back, now we need to find a new Christmas tree lot. Sad and bad business.

We do not mind spending the money but we also desire the experience.
Heidi has not captured the Hollman customer service. Although her team works extremely hard, and are very accomodating-​Heidi is brash, unprofessional and heartless, especially during this time of year. Her customer service skills could use an overhaul. The trees are just not the same, and the pricing continues to increase dramatically as from last year. Go some place else, again go some place else as you will spend at least $ 250.00-$ 300.00 for a wreath, a 9 – 12 fter, a kids tree, and delivery… which will not take place until 5 days after thanksgiving, unlike Hollmans who would have your tree delivered the same day ordered and freshly cut outside your home. Heidi reminds me of the notorious Inn Keeper… not just «No room in the Inn, but no stable to neither lay your head.

There are so many fun things to find here. I still have the cute wooden reindeer I bought a over a month ago on display. They have trees of all varieties and sizes. Not to mention, centerpieces, wreathes, garland, etc. They also offer custom flocking and delivery.

So fortunate to have met the owners while dining recently. Along with having some of the most beautiful trees in Modesto, they had handmade deers, snowman, wreathes and tabletop centerpieces! Thank you Heidi’s!

Christmas tree was fine. Unsure if it was the most reasonable since I did not shop elsewhere. Great selection of fir trees but that was on the opening day.
They sold me a medium tree stand although I asked and paid for a large stand, and my tree fell and broke several of my heirloom ornaments. They admitted the mistake and refunded me. I purchased another company’s stand. Do not buy their 3 legged stand since even a larger stand the legs are too far apart for a large tree. Also, although they stated it should not leak, it WILL leak since their gasket will not keep the water off your floor. Buy a 1 piece bowl stand.
Finally, their help did not know how to use a measuring tape to measure the diameter of the tree trunk.
So the 1 star is because of management not teaching their help how to advise their customer, the hired hands giving bad advice, and the company selling shoddy accessories.

UWow, really the best selection anywhere around and really fresh. We loved watching the wreaths and reindeer being made and the kids loved santa we won’t go anywhere else for our tree again!
