Waiting room has 10 chairs. I waited 45 minutes in a room packed with people for my follow up after a procedure where I saw the Dr for about 2 minutes before I went under anesthesia, and finally gave up. I’m sure he’s a fine GI, but when I had questions about a medication he prescribed post op no one could answer them, receptionist said he wouldn’t remember me and wouldn’t have a report for at least a week. I almost got a chair once, but another middle aged woman beat me to it.
