Century 21 M&M and Associates

I should have written this review a long time ago, but better late than never right?
When moving to the area we looked for an agent through the USAA real estate program and were referred to Nanci Wyatt at Century 21. If there is one person we were and still are glad to know in the area it is Nanci! Her patience and eagerness to make sure we got the home we were looking for was sincere and she never pushed us into something we thought wasn’t right; even after it took us 3 months to find the home. She took the loan company head on when they were going to delay our closing date, and never once made us doubt that we would be alright. She is honest, and always gave us her unbiased opinion based on numbers and the law.
If you need to buy or sell a house in the Modesto, or surrounding areas, you are a fool if you do not seek the assistance of this woman!
We cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for us.

We had a wonderful experience working with Century 21, in particular their agent Kari Breaux! She was always available to answer any and all of our questions, and she was outstanding in helping us acquire our new home, couldn’t have done it without her! We didn’t have to worry about a single thing, the entire process was smooth from start to finish. She is an excellent Realtor and I recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Sally Frampton is the best there is! We were very busy getting ready to move and trying to buy a house and renovate it from across the country. Sally handled every detail and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She was constantly in contact via phone and email, sent countless documents for electronic signature, and worked with our contractor to make sure everything got done correctly and on time. She went out of her way to find us a temporary fridge while we were waiting on ours to arrive. She showed us all over the area, gave us countless recommendations for stores, services and restaurants, and even set us up with friends in the area– she even invited us to concerts with her. We could not have dreamed up a better real estate agent. Thank you Sally!
