This is our second time using Cencal for our AC repair needs. Today I called them up thinking I would get an appointment on a Monday or Tuesday (which I was okay with), but they came out the same day. Our technician quickly diagnosed the issue and informed me of the costs before he started the repair. Bottom line: Cencal knows what they are doing. They are honest and their work is top notch. Look no further.

We were having a problem with our A/​C system at home. On the recommendation from a neighbor I called Cencal. They scheduled me for the next day. The technician found and fixed the problem. Within an hour or so I had an invoice in my email. I will make Cencal my first call with any issues in the future. I highly recommend them.

After obtaining 3 quotes for a new heating & air conditioning system for our home, we chose Cencal. We could not be happier. Jason, the owner, was prompt and professional and extremely informative. He was very thorough and detailed when explaining the different systems. He showed us via laptop, diagrams and specs, for units that would suit our house the best.
We chose Cencal because they offered the biggest bang for our buck and they didn’t try to oversell us on a unit that was larger than needed. The installation was done quickly and neatly and we are really enjoying our Bryant system! The unit is quiet and efficient and we have already noticed a reduction on our utility bill.
If you’re looking for quality product, expert knowledge, professionalism and value, I highly recommend Cencal. And no, I’m not related to anyone at Cencal. Just a very satisfied customer who feels Cencal deserves a shout out!

Jason arrived on time to look at our AC unit. That’s a bid deal to me. He assessed the situation quickly and gave me the pro’s and con’s of repairing our unit verses replacing it. Once we settled on replacement his crew came out the next day. They were very careful coming in and out of the house as well as walking through my wife’s flower gardens where the outdoor condenser unit was. Cen cal was a recomondation from a friend and it worked out great.
