AT&T

Worst customer service. What else to expect from att. Wait time is always long, and once you’re helped, it’s «call 1 – 800 for help, we can’t helps you.» I ordered the new iPhone 6plus, says they’ll call me within a few days. I called back 3 times and left 3 messages with the guy that helped me and no returned call back. 1 week and a half later, I return to the store to cancel my order, and the same guy shows up handing me my new phone. I said no thank you, I’m returning everything. I went to Best Buy where they gave me better service and for the same price I would have paid at att, they gave me a case, car charger and a screen protector for free! Not just att can do things anymore now other stores can sell you phones sometimes at much better price but best of all, what matters to me is, better Customer Service! Keep it classy Ceres ATT!

Unless you are hispanic, don’t expect to have a good service. I went there just to replace my sim card and the girl at the entrance told me there were 2 other people ahead of me. I arrived seconds before a family of 4 did. I was patient and spent a little time looking around. Not 2 minutes go by, the family of 4 was already at the desk. When I asked the girl what my place was, she told me there were 3 people ahead of me. Seconds after hearing I was screwed of my position, I called at&t and told them I wanted to go someplace else where all customers were treated equally and not based of their race. I guess the girl over heard my conversation and she immediately approached me and told me that there was only 1 person ahead of me. I told her to take me off of the list because I was going someplace else. I ended up going to the at&t on 1600 McHenry Ave. in Modesto. They were very friendly and accomodating and when I told the people of my experience at the Ceres at&t, they were VERY apologetic. I’ve visited this location in the past and have always loved the customer service but never really Unilocaled but that soon will change. I visited the at&t Ceres location was because I was near that there. Never will I make the same mistake.

Customer service was great. Had a problem with a mistaken order from AT&T web site, and these guys took the package, arranged for return shipping, credited my account, and informed corporate the phones were safe and sound. Friendly people, made a noticeable effort to connect on a personal level. Store was very clean, quiet, and at a comfortable temperature on a really hot day. Would definitely go back: D
