Mo complaints a little sales driven but that’s ok been in and out quickly it’s quite ND comfortable. Not sure why thwre are bad reviews my kids like it too

I am shocked at the bad reviews this dentist office has received. I have been coming here for almost a year and everyone is always super friendly, the appointments are very accommodating and I am never waiting more than 5 minutes. The dentist I have seen were very attentive and helpful and even fixed a minor chip in my tooth on the house. They have television flat screens in the office that you can turn on while they are working on your teeth to make the appointment go by faster. The office is clean and nice with very modern décor. I’ve even recommended friends and co-​workers to this office and all have been very pleased!

Would give zero stars if I could. My mother went here and the dentist did a HORRIBLE job. While performing a root canal she could not locate the root and drilled and drilled AND DRILLED leaving a HUGE hole. Finally she stopped trying saying that some people just have roots that are «hard to find.» She sent my mother home with the massive hole, and, therefore, her tooth, completely exposed. Very painful! The office prescribed her pain meds but neglected to acknowledge her allergy to morphine and her asthma, both conditions that would cause adverse reactions to my mother’s health including difficulty breathing. On the list of side effects for the meds it specifically states that persons allergic to morphine and/​or with asthma should not take it. The dentist said she couldn’t at that moment book my mother an appointment to return, that my mother would have to call the next day when hey opened at 9am. My mother called the next morning at 9 and was told that the next available appointment was three weeks out!!! This obviously unacceptable, my mother found another ortho to fix the issue the very next day (Valley Endodontics, great place!!) who told her that the first dentist dug a hole so deep «you could park a car in it.» He had NO TROUBLE locating the root and did so readily. Unfortunately, due to the damage the former dentist caused to the tooth from excessive drilling, the ortho had to take time to build up the tooth which ended up costing my mother more $. Don’t go here, ever!

3.5 STARS– Dr. Chahal personally pm me regarding this matter. He said he would look into the matter and try to resolve it. He apologize with the miscommunication I had with his receptionist. Thanks Unilocal for existing and giving businesses input and bringing matters to their attention!
