I love the deals at Ross! Customer service in the dressing room area is always good, but the checkout lines are always SO long. Most of the time the prices are worth the wait, but there have been a few times I’ve had to put my item (s) up and leave because the wait was entirely too long.
Update: Ross has improved their checkout process. I added another star to this review.
