In this day and age where personal interaction is rapidly vanishing from the world of banking it is pleasure to find a bank where the manager (Ms Dumas) is not only a professional banker but actually is interested in making her customers feel important and shows appreciation for their choosing this bank. She really conveys the message that she is proud of this bank and what it can do for its customers. Although less and less of banking fucntions requires personal contact, Those of us of a previous age where face to face interaction actually meant something, appreciate this kind of manager. She has made this aspect of banking a true pleasure. I worry about high lighting her as I only hope this will not mean they will pull her to some larger job in some larger branch. In addition I am also not sure if Regions likes this type of personal service for its customers although they should. In the interim, if you want some of that old time banking with all the modern conveniences try this branch of this bank and this manager… high praise form this customer… regions is a mega bank with all the bells and whistles of modern banking, I must say I love it. However, to have also found a personal contact in the sea of computers and web pages is a find… the best of both worlds… enjoy…

I only went here once with my aunt who is a member. It is a very friendly bank. My aunt had lost her Debit card and needed quick assistance pulling out cash and ordering a new card. They were very helpful without any hassle.
This location is also very large and clean. Works for me.
