Great place to live! The amenities are plentiful and Longleaf Pines has a lot more to offer than other Mobile apartments. The overall noise level is average because there are families, a nearby middle school, and light traffic. The pool is a beautiful saltwater pool surrounded by outdoor seating, grills, and a covered fireplace area. The staff seems to change often, but they’re always helpful and never rude. The apartments themselves are very nice. I live in a two-​bedroom upstairs unit and it has a good sized kitchen, wooden floors, and large bedrooms. The color scheme is neutral, so you can match almost any style and it will look great. I have lived here for over a year now and I love it!

This apartment complex is brand new. If you rent a unit from them around this time you will be the first ever to live in your unit most likely. It is nice because everything is in great condition. The units come in 1,2,&3 bedroom units with a crazy amount of amenities. They have a saltwater pool, 24hour fitness center, and business center. Next to the pool is a grilling area with an outdoor fireplace. The units have hardwood floors, and carpeting in the rooms with central A/​C, and ceiling fans in each room as well. The unit comes with all major appliances, like washer, dryer, stove, fridge with ice maker, and dishwasher. The complex is also dog friendly, and has a car-​wash center with a power washer free to residents. I like living here so far, and the rates are so reasonable for the amenities. I moved here from California, and my sister moved in from Michigan and we both love living here.
