Twice, after taking working equipment out of one car, did I take this equipment to Ken’s to have it reinstalled in a new car only for them to tell me my amp was not working both times in an attempt to get me to buy a new one. Also had them install an auxiliary cord and within three months the cord ending wiring has snapped at the base of the jack. Take your business elsewhere; they are more interested in repeat money than happy customers.

Good Car Audio shop. Brought a bad installation job from a shop down the road to Kens, and they had no problem working with me to fix it. The manager Dan was extremely helpful, and very professional. I ended up purchasing JL Audio door speakers, amps, and enclosed sub box from Kens. This coupled with the repairs they did to the inferior installation job from the other shop, and my Nissan Frontier sounds amazing. Best car audio set up I have ever had, by far. Highly recommend this shop. They will work with you to get the set-​up you are looking for. I will recommend this shop to my friends, and I know that I will be sending them to knowledgeable professionals.
