The most amazing kindness and customer service I have every received from a staff — I didn’t even end up staying there but they authentically cared about their potential customers. I had originally booked an Airbnb for my month stay here in Mobile, but when I arrived it was not what I had expected and had to leave. I got to Hampton Inn & Suites nearly in tears and staff members: Mark, Robert, and Stephanie turned my night around. They helped me find bookings in their sister hotel Candlewood Suites(which was more in my price range) and have me on their waitlist for the following week when everywhere else is booked. Moreover, they made me a small care package with a few sweets to lift my spirits. If I ever have a choice to stay anywhere it will be at this Hampton Inn & Suites. Amazing service — I’m blown away.

The service at this hotel is terrible. They refused to even look into finding a room so we could check in early and change before a wedding. I’ve never had a problem doing that at any other hotel. Also a friend booked the reservation for us and called TWICE to change the name into mine. The staff couldn’t/wouldn’t accept it as a change and it took several attempts for us to convince someone to let us in the room. Not coming back here.
