I have to say hands down, Gothic Arch is absolutely awesome when it comes to customer service. I ordered some Aluminet 70% shade from them 2 years ago, and at the time I had some confusion with the website, so I called them directly. They were great on the phone and get my order figured out with no problems at all. 2 weeks later, my order arrived and it was perfect! To the previous reviewer, it says on their website how much of a lead time they need to hand-make your product, QA it, then get it mailed out to you. Maybe you missed that? The shade I ordered from Gothic Arch has been perfect, but then last year, my shade was damaged slightly due to some burn damage(I have no idea how it happened as I discovered it the next morning). I emailed Gothic Arch asking if they could sell me a 2×2 piece of Aluminet so I can patch the hole, but instead, they were more than happy to send me a sample piece that size to make my repairs!!! That is true customer service! That alone reinforces why I refer all of my friends and inquires for greenhouse product to Gothic Arch, as well as my future business!

I ordered some shade cloth for my garden greenhourse on April 29th. It wasn’t until May 9th when they informed me it’s in the mail. I’m writing this review on May 12th, and I still haven’t received my order!!! In this day and age, who takes 2 weeks and counting to process an order and mail it? In addition, I received an email saying there’s a minimum order fee of $ 25 that was not disclosed to me when I made the purchase online. That should have been calculated online before I clicked the purchase button. I bought it anyways because I just want it expedited. NOT!!!
