I can only say that Daniel Sullivan was very helpful, I came from Santa Barbara and I was there only for a short time but he made sure I would get Internet and cable after having horrible service with the people on the phone from Comcast. You are very lucky to have him because the rest was very disappointing(on the phone assistance) the store was fine.

I normally have no problem with the service it self but when I do it’s the customer service that gets the 1 star. More than once I have set an appt. For a service call, respond to their auto call to confirm, wait 3 hours then nobody comes. I call and they tell me that it was canceled but can’t tell me why. I’ll tell you why. Lazy service men… That’s why Comcast you have just wasted 3 hours of my day and all you offer is $ 20 credit… You should be paying me to use your crappy service

I hate government sponsored monopolies. Bad service. I got the cable TV and internet package. After 4 months of dealing with them and multiple service calls, they never got me working internet. Then I have had tons of trouble getting billed for services I didn’t receive. Why two stars instead of one? Well, I’d been meaning to go without TV for a while. You know live life instead of watch it. Be more productive. Thanks to Comcast, I’ve had no trouble giving up on TV. Now if I could only get internet.
