BMW of Mobile

After e-​mailing to all BMW dealers withing 600 miles radius of Houston, to my surprise, BMW of Mobile was the only one that replied, without being pretentious, arrogant and dismissive as a big majority of Houston and Dallas area dealers. I didn’t understand how come a sales person can be dismissive and so rude when they work on commission. C’mon man! I’m not buying a Kia! Not that’s something wrong with that brand.
Two gents helped me in making the buying experience great in here: Brent Waldron and Paul Jones. First one on making sure that every detail of the car and the price was right, and the second one on working with my less then stellar credit. Paperwork done within one business day, send back and by day three i owned my new black 2014 335I.
I wish all the sales and finance guys in my area would take some lessons form this guys in Mobile how to handle a customer and deal with any kind of personalities.
No questions were unanswered regarding the vehicle purchase, financing and Brent Waldron even dropped the vehicle at one of their dealerships in New Orleans making my life so much easier! Even if i had initially been credit rejected by BMW Financial, Paul worked with them and i got a great rate as well.
Would i buy another BMW form this guys? I definitely would!

I went into the service area just to get my windshield fluid topped off and the service mgr did not once ask for name, VIN or type of BMW! He immediately told me to go next door and purchase the windshield washer fluid. It was not until my cousin told him he was wrong for that! This is not the service a owner of a BMW should receive at anytime.

We go here for service. Yeah, they will hit you up to buy a new car while you wait, but they are not pushy or rude. We have been coming here for four years. Our first visit was a little bumpy but now they rock. They said our work would take an hour and a half and that is exactly what it took… with a wash included! We’d buy a car from here.

Went in for a factory recall. Complimentary inspection was done on my vehicle which was a solid piece of mind since I purchased it used from another dealer. They delivered the car back to me washed and vacuumed out which was a plus. They could have done a better job drying it though. Its the little things that count…

This is the best BMW dealership that I have dealt with since owning my BMW. I had an issue with my CCC unit after the warranty ran out and they took very good care of me after I relocated from OHIO.
I will buy my next BMW from this dealer.
