Beware. It’s a phone store only. No where in media info does it say this. The real best by store is 1 mile south.

Thank you Best Buy for screwing up my order a 2^nd time !!! Not only did your system delete my current address and ship it to my old address, but yesterday I called and spoke with a representative who still resent the darn thing to thing to my old address !!! The sole purpose calling in yesterday was to get it shipped to my current address. Why in the world would you ship it to the old one again !?! So realizing it is going to the wrong address a 2^nd time i call in to your customer service center who says that the item will be leaving with UPS again today and going to the old address !!! All i can so is SMH !!! It is so hard for me to deal with stupid people! Why would you not contact shipping and stop the package from leaving ??? It hasn’t even left the warehouse yet ! Then the guy proceeded to tell me that customer resolutions still has up to 48 more hours to fix this, and that my purchase was ONLY $ 50 and the «best» they can offer me is a $ 5 gift card to be mailed out. I said «GREAT CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE SURE AND MAIL THAT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS TOO!!!» Sorry rant over just had to get that out of my system.

Best Buy itself actually carries a wide variety of quality products that their salestaff know well. They actually have expertise although they do push the upper end products. However, beware of the Geek Squad. This a total scam. My wife took in a computer that my son in Washington who works for homeland security in IT security had diagnosed on the phone as having a problem with its memory. After a $ 70.00 diagnostic and having to suggest to them what the problem was when they could not get their diagnostic to work… they said. could be the memory. Of course they did not carry the memory chips so she had to find those herself in Mobile at another shop which the Geek squad were less than useless in replacing. Finally she took the computer out of their hands to a computer repair shop who fixed it for about $ 40.00 chips and all. In short this is a scam and should be avoided. They neither have the expertise not the equipment to do anything other than to charge you money. I would really like to see the credentials of these people. she was totally underimpressed by their expertise and I must say I too wonder what kind of training they have had… if any… For Best Buy… it is costing you customers, They destroyed any feeling I had for quality or legitimacy of this store. I was amazed that they are allowed to scam customers as they do. Their people skills are the only thing worse than their technical ability. Best Buy… watch what they are doing as they are undermining a quality operation… or at least my impression as it once was of the rest of the store.

We went in to upgrade our old iPhones and walked out with new iPhone 6’s plus gift certificates that paid for most of Christmas. The whole staff in the mobile phone department is truly amazing. They wanted to get us the best deal they could find and went way above and beyond to help out with all the old phone trade in’s. My daughter tried to turn her old phone in to another best buy in Destin and they gave her all kinds of problems till Julie from this store called the Destin store and educated them on the corporate ad’s. Thank you Julie, you were truly a great example of what customer service should be.

Good selection of electronics and the staff always makes sure to help and answer any questions I have.

Best buy used to be a good shopping experience. (before their new commission based employees).
I’ve found one guy to be rude and unprofessional that works near computers/​cameras. This is the second time that I’ve encountered unprofessional and overbearing employees at this store. I’ll not be back to another Best Buy any time soon. HHGregg is by far a more pleasurable experience if you need to go to a store for hands on experience, otherwise stick to Amazon or NewEgg.

Great staff even at 9pm. Walked in, immediately greeted and my person rang up my purchase on the spot. Much better service than I ever get in my hometown of Houston!
