Horrible experience. The sales manager over there (I think his name is Maher) was very rude. I wanted to trade in my car for a new Honda. He told me he doesn’t have time to speak with me and when I got angry about that he told me to «get out». Is that how you treat customers and potential buyers? What kind of customer service is that? Will never go back here. Usually I forgive but he needs to learn how to speak to people.

It’s a great car. But what made us really interested to buy this Honda Accord were the sales men. They are very nice and gave us time to decide for ourselves after giving the best deal.

I purchased a used 2011 Hyundai Elantra from this place a few days ago. John Hinckle was a pleasure to work with. This was my first experience with Autonation Honda and I was extremely pleased with the whole car buying process. I would recommend John and Autonation to anyone looking to purchase a new (or used) vehicle. Pro Tip: They have free iced coffee and popcorn!
