Order was executed correctly, but the food not so pleasant I opened my hot fudge Sunday and it spilled all over my clothes thanks sonic for my soggy grilled cheese I was so excited about. Not.

Food was alright. Burger was good, with the exception of the lettuce. It was going bad and soggy and should not have been used in food. Service was super slow. We went through the drive thru and waited about 15 – 20 minutes for FAST food. The fries were beyond salty. One fry and the rest went to the trash. Onion rings were over battered. Overall, completely dissatisfied. Employees were careless and did not know the definition of customer service.

Let’s start with the food. It is standard sonic fare. Nothing is gong to blow your hair back, but it is better than average for fast food. If it were fast. Even by sonic standards, the service here is best described as glacial. This is not terribly different than any other restaurant in Missouri City, but F#€%, how can service be so terrible in this town. Except Chic Fil A. Always Chic Fil A. The service at this Sonic sucks! The soft serve ice cream is GOOD! Service is BAD!!!

Horrible they don’t ask if your order Is correct or read it back to you. So they forgot my fries then I come back and they were very rude about it. Questioning me about it and then took 20 mins literally to bring them out thinking I was going to just leave no mam. They are so unprofessional someone need be taught customer service. Just because it’s sonic doesn’t mean you don’t care about service.

We came here with a group of 6 and ordered 24 wings, ice cream and a burger meal at 10pm on a Thursday night and ate outside. Service was a little slow but they were friendly. It does take a while for them to get the wings out though so don’t be too rushed. Wings were delicious! Ice cream for $ 1.89 with a yummy waffle cone was so worth it! And apparently, you should order all burgers on Texas toast, so says my friend.

This is the worst. I already knew Sonic was not a place you should order food, but I came by for a soda one evening, and the lanes were probably about ½ filled. The kid that responded upon pressing the button said(and I wish I was kidding), «welcome to Good Burger, home of the Good Burger, can I take your order?» I knew at that moment that I probably was not going to get the Coke I wanted, but I ordered it anyway. I had been here before with really slow service, so I set a timer to see just how long it would take this«Good Burger» employee to pour a Coke. 15 minutes later, no soda. No explanation, no nothing. A carhop was arguing with the woman in the lane next to me. I pressed the button again, waited 5 more minutes with no response, and left. In that time, I could’ve gone to the Valero across the street, bought the same soda, and finished drinking it.

Absolute WORST Sonic ever. They mess up our order every single time. Today we were cut off mid-order, «ok your total is…» So we had to order again to get the rest of our food and pay twice. We got the first order — albeit the wrong size drink and with tomatoes when we ordered no tomatoes. We told the car hop we had more food coming. 17 minutes later, still no food. I was about to flag down a car hop delivering drinks two cars down, but when I saw her returning one of their drinks — evidently also wrong, I left her alone as to not sabotage another persons order — they seem to not be able to multitask. We pushed the button again to let them know we didn’t get the rest of our food. We had to tell them what the order was bc they had no idea what we were talking about. They arrived at our car, asking if we already paid. They didn’t supply us with a receipt for either order. No napkins, no condiments, no Sonic mints, no chance we’ll be back, we’ll drive the 10 miles to the next closest Sonic.

This place was an absolute joke. The service was ridiculously slow, and that was just for an order of 3 drinks. It took 25 minutes!!! My slushy wasn’t a slushy by the time I received it. How hard is it to make a slushy and 2 limeaids? Seriously, go to a different Sonic.

Drive thru is slowest I have ever experienced. I was waiting in line as a car pulled into a stall and they took their order before the car in front of me that had been sitting there for several minutes. I guess to get faster service don’t go in drive thru line.

This has to be the worst Sonic I’ve ever seen. The service is consistently slow and have yet to have someone serve me with a smile or friendly greeting. For the longest time, they had no small cups so all shakes had to be ordered in medium size. On top of that, they’ve been out of diet coke on several occasions. Think they’re lucky it’s convenient to sienna residents or it would’ve shut down by now; however, if they don’t change they’ll be gone as new places come into the area.

I have been here several times. The food is good but the people at the window don’t seem to be too friendly; they are almost awkward. Today, I told the lady I would like the«5 mozzarella piece sticks» she then proceeds to ask me if I would like the lunch special, three sticks or the full order, five sticks. I literally had to stop myself from slapping my own forehead. Her name was Rocio. She probably needs a few more training hours because she was also slow and confused, nice though.

I usually don’t get on these websites but I have to share my experience today. I actually found a bug in my slush and you would think that was the worst part. What really shocked me was the fact that no one was very apologetic when I returned to get my refund. In fact, when I first arrived and pulled up to the drive-thru window no one wanted to come and see what it was I needed. Honestly, if they would have at least practiced some good customer service skills, I would have not taken the time to write this.
