The counter help at this location is totally clueless about testing pool water. Took water sample there, had it tested, followed instruction to the letter, no results. Went again and talked to another tech, got a different answer, followed those instructions, still no results. Went a third time and $ 80 later complained to the so called tech’s and got even less of a response. Believe all the do is try to «sell» chemicals and get you out the door so they can throw the ball around. My advise do not go there, they are clueless and need to be doing another line of work. Never been happy there. Try Pool Pro instead, always have good results there.
