I can only agree with all of the previous posts and have had most of the same issues after having the service for only a month! Unfortunately, this joke of a service provider is the only option in Riverstone. Half of the cable channels I pay for do not work most of the time, Internet has stopped working multiple times, tech support f#%*ing sucks, billing says they can only credit me for non working services based on the last time I called in to report a malfunction??? WTF??? WORST. SERVICE. EVER.#ENTOUCHSUX

Worst company on the face of the earth. The only thing that surpasses the crap service is the customer service. Don’t walk run away from this service. No tv is better than what they deliver.

Based on what I have seen with them, these guys give some kind of deal to landlords to get the access to those leasing offices or apartments, etc. We lost the previous supplier and were told how great enTouch was going to be. Trust me, the prices are poor, the service has been OK, but it all just smells. Wish I had our previous provider back. The landlord says we can use someone like ATT but, ATT doesn’t have the access to the fiber they allow enTouch to use. So, you are screwed either way. The rep told me I would get the bandwidth we were getting with the other supplier and the first bill showed a smaller amount but they had me on the higher bandwidth so I assumed she was following through. Well, just got a bill and the Internet for business went from $ 98 to $ 250 and they back billed for the difference. Now, the rep does not remember the conversation. I am not surprised.

Expensive services for poor quality! Our apartment is under contract with this provider or else I would have dropped their services. Poor HD quality. On demand options very limited. DVR continues to mess up recordings. There is a continual lag when looking at the guide which is annoying. The only«fix» they provide is to reset the cable box which looks like it’s from the 1980s. The one star is for the internet which hasn’t had any issues so far. We’ve only been using them for less than a month, and I wish we could switch back to Xfinity! Their poor services make me want to move apartments!
