I visited Dr. Payne originally because of a fall down some stairs. My knee was tender and swollen and painful and I was sure I had torn something in my knee. It was going on over 2 weeks with these symptoms. I was also told by different people that it would be a simple surgery(if it was a meniscus tear). I didn’t want a surgery! I had some running to do(literally running is my exercise of choice). After my very 1st session with Dr. Payne, I could tell something was getting better. That injury took 5 visits total, but I am back to running and NOSURGERY! My 2nd visit – also because of a fall(thanks to my 3 yo throwing an out of control fit(no I’m not THAT clumsy)) – was to fix the other knee. It was also swollen and sore. This involved 3 visits and again, I’m back to doing much better. I’ve included the number of visits, because it does get expensive especially if insurance doesn’t cover it. Also, it is a painful experience – I’ll refrain from pain and Payne puns. Just know that 1. The pain is temporary as in you probably won’t feel it after she lets off that particular spot. 2. It’s better than post surgery pain!

Dr. Shannon Payne is outstanding! I was able to feel relief after 1 session. Stick to the care plan plus the exercises/stretches she gives you and you’ll be golden!

I came to Dr. Payne due to extreme pain in my wrist. It was so bad I could barely move it. I’m a massage therapist so this was a huge deal to me. Any type of injury this severe means I won’t be able to work for at least a week, which of course means loss of income which is no bueno. I was referred to dr. Payne by a co worker whose opinion I trust. The office was very nice & the staff very friendly. After a thorough consultation, Dr. Payne informed me that what I had was radial tendinitis. She explained what she was going to do & the treatment regimen that I needed. She checked my forearms, neck, shoulders & back & told me that everything else was fine & that the tendinitis was the only real issue that I had. I have heard of chiropractors telling you at least 5 things wrong with you that you didn’t even realize & signing you up for endless treatments that you don’t need. This was not the case. Not going to lie, the treatment technique she performed hurt like no other! Afterwards though, I could actually move my wrist ! She gave me a detailed guideline of what to do at home & I booked for a second treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Payne. I wouldn’t expect a quick fix if you are going in for an injury. It may take a few visits to really fix your issue. She’s honest, informed & will put you at ease. I will be sending family & friends her way!

I swear what Dr Payne does is magic! On my first visit, I walked in with a constant upper back and neck pain. An hour later I walked out with SIGNIFICANTLY less pain. On my second visit, I walked out with ZERO pain. The best part is, Airrosti is not a long and drawn out treatment plan. I go back tomorrow for my third and final treatment. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone out there who has back or neck pain. Pain meds and cortisone shots are temporary relief of the symptom. Go see Dr Payne and she will fix the SOURCE of the pain!
