Burger King

The employees in this place are very very rude and with no respect at all … and if I am the manager there I have to put some of them in the Trash.

Thought I would try this BK again today. In the many years it has been in Mission, I do not recall that I have ever had a warm Whopper Burger in that location. I used to like BK’s at other locations.

The service at the counter was reasonably fast, but rather glum. The dining area was clean, and there was a play area for the kids.

Went through the drive thru to get Black bunned Whopper! Got the food home and it was cold as ice! Terrible! We won’t be back!

My wife and I just went to our local Burger King drive thru at 930pm at your Johnson Drive location in Mission KS. Upon getting to the order screen the woman working told us they could not take any orders. We asked if they were closed, and she said no, they weren’t closed but that they would be soon. We then asked if there was a problem and why we couldn’t order and she said that they were counting the drawers… So we asked how long that may take? Not really sure why we wouldn’t be able to order and she said sorry but she didn’t know how long it would take while they counted down the drawers. We asked do you even have a ballpark range for us? 3 minutes, 3 hours?! And she said she was sorry but to just come back tomorrow. I’ve never experienced this anywhere in my life. I’m not sure why they were counting the drawers down over an hour and a half before the location closed — and there were people in the restaurant. Also, if the manager was counting down the registers because she wanted to get out as soon as they closed she could have told us they weren’t accepting cash at the time. Really weird. Won’t go back to that location. Also, you may want to let your manager at that location know it’s not safe to tell people they are counting the drawers down as the wrong person getting this information could have easily tried to take advantage of the situation and put her and the other customers in danger.

This place should be closed down. Drove through 2 times in 2 weeks. Guy on mike ⁴⁄₉ at 5:30 is just plain not qualified to have a job let alone dealing with customers. Food was cold, order wrong both times. I guess chicken sandwich add cheese, no lettuce means no cheese, remove old lettuce and mayo. Dry as a bone. Cheeseburgers came cold, drove home and cheese was still like it was placed on cold sandwich-​no melt. Need to find a new BK. seriously, it was awful.

One word… disgusting. The workers were all outside smoking when we arrived… they all came back in and went right back to work. No need to wash your hands. We visited the play area and I refused to let my kids play there, let alone eat there. Trash everyone, sticky floors, sticky tables… yuck. They should just burn this place down.

First time I went there the girl at the window was having some sort of drug problem. We ended up having to go in cause they screwed up our order and the window girl was laying on the floor crying and the manager told us she had got busted a week before with crack in her car at work WTF.
Next time we went got 2 woppers got home and found 2 hamburgers on fish buns.
The BK people need to either close this place down or get control of it.

So I’m a vegetarian and most of what we get at BK is not for people of my kind. Their veggie burger is crap as well. But, their Iced Caramel/​Vanilla Coffee is pretty cool. They jacked up its price from around $ 1.80 to $ 2.00 and it seems likely that this was because of the demand. Much better than overpriced Starbhrucks if you ask me. Also, the ladies who work here (they’re older than me) are pretty sweet. I drive through almost everyday for the coffee and they smile and are courteous! So good job, but of course I would like them to add some spicy food because… I am from India and this food is too bland for me.

I’m not a huge fan of BK and to me, this one is not easy to get in and out of the parking lot. I drive by it every day, but you have to drive around in concentric circles kind of to get in and out of the lot… it makes me a little nuts.
The food is meh. I mean, it’s fast food. I had breakfast burritos. They are filled with chopped peppers and onions that are all sweaty and cold inside what is a whimpy, tiny little burrito.
Yick.
