I came for lunch on a weekday and never had been there for lunch. I love the nachos. wow. I ordered the Lemon pepper wings and side salad. Sweet tea was great! Our server was Rudy was quick and took our order immediately. I was happy with the speed of service and choices for lunch.

Service was weird. We got four different servers and never seen them again. Our table did not get all our food at once. It felt so disorganized.

Stopped in with my best friend to have some appetizers. The onion rings are the best I’ve had. The breading stay intact with the onion never peeling off when taking a bite. They tasted great as well. Also, the wings were impressive. I did not expect the high quality of food and service. I thought this restaurant’s food and service would be similar to BWW. Thankfully, it is by far better… no comparison. I shall return to enjoy their other menu items. Thank you BWR!

I’m a fan of this restaurant chain but this one in particular I did not care for. Horrible bathroom management, super slow service, the burger I ordered came to me very stale and over toasted… I will not be going back.

First time here and we had built up an excitement about it because we waited a week before I got off work to go. Long story short, the wings were decent but the service was horrible. The waitress had no motivation or desire to be there and it showed. We will not be back ever!!!

One of my wife’s favorite places to go. The place is always clean, food is warm and beer is cold. We really like the new set up were the bar and restaurant are separated by a glass wall. Great chain food for a great price.

I’ve been to this location a handful of times and always receive horrible service. I’m a very polite person and not impatient at all, but the staff was pretty clueless every time. The food is pretty awful too. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Any of the wings and rings, to be honest.

I’ve been here many times. The wings are some of the best I’ve tried and are larger than most other wing restaurants. Every single time I’ve gone here I’ve had attentive servers, accurate food orders, and always find sufficient room to watch ppv’s like the UFC. And another plus is they always answer the phone. This place deserves five stars in my book.

This place is just like Buffalo Wild Wings, except it is more expensive. They only have like 6 different flavors on tradditional wings. We tried the hot, lemon pepper, and the hottest one. The wings were good and crunchy, which I like, but it didn’t blow my mind or anything. My daughter loved the dinosaur chicken nuggets. The service was very good, fast, and friendly, no complaints on that. Overall, if I’m back in this part of Texas, I would probably eat somewhere else.

I agree with the other review. I don’t know what it is but the service absolutely sucks at every bw3 I’ve been to in the valley. I stopped going there just because of the horrible waitstaff. The greeters could use some work as well. Often there’s nobody even managing a location so if you want to complain your waiter just comes back to ask you to pay. Tried the new location on 10th. I can forgive the waitress because she seemed new, but man was she in the weeds and was too anxious to collect her tip. I’m a 20% and up tipper even for mediocre service. This is the only restaurant that makes me tip low because the service is just so bad.
