Vans Shoes

The best customer service i have had in a long time. Richie was extremely helpful and friendly. I am very pleased with my experience. He helped me pick out the perfect pair of shoes and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store. This employee made my experience worth coming back to this store!!!

I came in to buy a pair of shoes today, and some girl with long purple fingernails and a bad attitude was giving me and a few other customers in the store some pretty unsatisfactory customer service. She was rude, blunt, unenthusiastic, and definitely offputting. I know, work is work, but TRY to act like you’re not burning me alive in your head, it’s not like I was any trouble.

For how busy this location always seems to be when I’m here, the employees do a great job at getting to everyone and helping them out in a very timely fashion. Checkout can get a little slow because of lines & only 1 or 2 registers being open, but nothing to really cry about.
Honestly, I’m always very happy with my shopping experience at this Vans store. Keep up the good work!

I went to get shoes today, and no one asked me if I needed help. All the employees were helping all the white people that came in the store after I did first. Until finally, I patiently waited for one of the employees to finish up on a customer and asked him for help. He frowned upon me. He later came with the shoes I asked for, he didn’t offer to lace up the shoes like he did with the other customers so I had to lace them up myself. After I chose which shoes I wanted to purchase, I headed to the register. There was one employee, she was talking to the other employees about things outside of work so I just stood there until she was done talking. I don’t think I would shop at this store until they get employees who care more about their customers than their self loathe.

Very knowledgeable staff, willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Fantastic customer service.

Thanks for the great experience. I was surprised to see that the female manager was getting shoes for me. She was very helpful and had just as much work ethic as the other employees. I left a happy shopper!

This is the store in the Mission Viejo mall, it is not in San Juan Capistrano. Terrible service was ignored for about 10 minutes while one sales person helped all the people who came in after me. Three other employees standing around at the register talking. Will not return to this location.

If I could give them a 0 I would! Always loved Vans! Been wearing them for 7 years! Got a bad pair, tried to take them back after 1 week of wearing them because they had an issue. They said sorry, can’t help you! The manager was super rude! Last pair for me!!!
