I had to ship 4 pieces of art. These are pieces from my family history, and, therefore, priceless. The gentlemen at this location did a great job packing them. They just arrived in central New Jersey in as good condition as was given to them.
Kudos, guys.

I received awful customer service today.
The UPS guy at the desk, told me $ 20 for one box, after he used two to make one. 12 by 12 he said he was going to use, then he used two to cut down and did not tell me he was charging for the other box. He acted like he was doing me a favor and he was not. There were plenty of $ 11 boxes he could have used. Then he told me the box is $ 20 and the shipping would be $ 20, total of $ 40. I thought that was high but agreed. When he rang it up he said I owe $ 65 for the total. I was shocked how much it cost to send a small package. He said he meant it was 40 for shipping and 20 for the box. Then he added tax. As far as I’m concern I will always go to FED-​X from now on. He was a smart ass kid and I hated this place. I told him to give me my stuff back and I would go somewhere else and he said he had to charge me anyway. I should have not given him my credit card ahead of time. Lesson to learn, always get it in writing first.
The kid made a mistake and instead of saying so, he lied and try to cover up in front of the other customers.

Mellow guys working there, custom cut my shipping box to fit my stuff, honored the free box coupon off of Unilocal and mentioned a AAA discount. Fast and easy, also picked up stamps. I prefer UPS to USPS ANY DAY! Thanks dudes.

Great location !~ I was going to the one in Ladera — but prefer this one. Very helpful staff, and easy location with good parking.
