M.C. Does not know what she is talking about. They are the best and most professional pool company. All technicians speak English and are dog friendly. I am always able to get ahold of Jerry or Dave, never ever had a problem. Maybe if this customer picked up after her animals and realized that pools need maintenance, she wouldn’t be so unhappy.

This company is so unprofessional I don’t know where to begin. My pool has never looked so horrible and I’ve heard excuse after excuse as to why ie: the vacuum wasn’t working(but my 5 year old vacuumed the pool the same week), there was dog poop in the backyard and they have weak stomachs. In my opinion their stomachs aren’t the only things that are WEAK! Their business skills are horrible with their laziness and the way that they talk about employees was un professional. They asked if we could keep the dogs in the house, yeah I would be happy to do that but I never knew when they were going to show up, It was different for every pool guy and I think it changed about 4 times. There were weeks that they just didn’t show up and my pool turned green. When I called to tell them that I was unhappy and sent him a text video of my 5 year old cleaning the pool he responded,“Throw your bill in the trash. Your son can take over cleaning the pool. We’re done”. That’s was really a shock that we were getting fired as customers after they were the ones not doing their jobs. What a joke! To make matters worse there was always something added to the bill. Filter cleanings when we just replaced the cartridges(to be fair they took this charge off the bill after I had to call). Algaecide charge when our pool has been green for a month. Take responsibility for your terrible service and run your business the way that it should be or just shut your doors. Nobody needs the headache or your sneaky up charges.
