It’s an on balance score of three because I can’t give the doctors and the hospital any higher than 5 and I can’t give their business office and accounting system anything lower than a 1… It is the only billing system I have ever encountered that changes your account number with every date of service so there is no such thing as a patient account number. It’s a transaction account number which means you cannot use any sort of electronic banking to pay your bills. I have tried repeatedly to work with them and every time the payment gets posted incorrectly. Moreover, they don’t refund the incorrect payment. They just hold it.
Fantastic doctors, hospital and patient facing staff but their billing software absolutely sucks. Changing count numbers… Really?
