Rita’s Jewelry

I went into Rita’s last week because I was in the neighborhood. I had bought a watch for my son’s birthday and needed some links taken out. Because my son is only 13 it was an inexpensive watch that I purchased elsewhere. Constatine did not make me feel bad for bringing a cheap watch into his jewlery shop, instead he said I made a great choice for my young son.
He took 4 links out (my son is skinny) lol, only charged me $ 10 and told me to bring it back in if I needed to add a link or take an extra one out at no charge.
He was so sweet and I really appreciate great customer service. I’ll come back in here when the time comes to buy my son a better watch :)

Rita and Constantine are the best!
I bought an engagement ring through a friend of a friend and I had to get it re-​sized. When I took it to Rita and Constantine, they noticed that the diamond was loose… so bad in fact that you could hear it rattle! That worried me a lot, but they reassured me that they’d take care of it and that it’d be better than new. They also took the time to explain how they were going to re-​size and fix it, as well how to identify the diamond by its birthmark. That was very helpful because, when I came back to pick up the diamond, I was confident that it was the same diamond… even though nothing about Rita or Constantine would ever make you worry about that!

Buying jewelry is like buying a new car – you can easily get ripped off and the item starts depreciationing before you get out the door. 1.5 years ago I had a huge mishap with losing my beloved wedding ring in the surf. I was so dang upset and knew that $ was tight and that replacing it was going to be hard let alone upgrading it. I came across Rita’s Jewelry, located off Alicia and the 5 several times before – taking in my other jewelry for repairs. I went into the store feeling defeated – there was no way I could ever afford a custom made piece from these artisans. After speaking at length with the husband and wife owners, they encouraged me to dream big and design something. I did and they said they could do it in the price range that I had given them + a few more bucks, cuz i did dream big. I could not believe it. They created a treasure that blew me away. My husband and I were so thrilled. Rita and her husband, Constantine took a sad/​bad situation and made it better. I would never go anywhere else for jewelry. They are honest, sincere and creative. If you want a unique piece or want something to be made or modified – this is the place to go. Forget about Jared’s or some other chain. Go here – you will not be sorry.
