I just tried both locations in Dana point and Mission Viejo and it looks like they’re out of business cause neither of the shops were there anymore so. Period. Don’t waste your time try somewhere else

Home Depot and Lowe’s had the same exact price during a sale. I give them three stars because their delivery people were bad. They left trash, made huge wheel ruts through my lawn, and put all my patio stuff on the lawn without moving them back. I would buy from them again since I don’t want to tarnish the company for a bad delivery person. But they better up their training!

Worst of the worst. Bought washer and dryer on dec. 29. Three weeks later and still no delivery. They keep promising. Liars. Had to dispute they credit card charge to get my money back. Don’t trust them!!!

My experience was based strictly on appliance purchase, TV and other products may be better. I came in after giving a call ahead to see what appliance packages were offered. Bob, the manager made me aware of a few packages that were available and I decided to come in person. After arriving 20 mins after my call, Bob was on the phone and asked a sales associate to help me. The associate who helped me was helpful but some information he was not sure about and Bob was on a conference call so he couldn’t be interrupted. In addition, there was someone who kept interrupting myself and the associate because he was doing a delivery. It was really a fire drill and didn’t seem like a professional experience but I kept waiting it out since my associate was polite and helpful but there was some misinformation about an additional charge for a gas range in the package which wasn’t the case it was the same price and he would ask Bob for additional information since again, I believe appliances isn’t their forte. I was the ONLY customer in the store the whole time being helped and was there for over an hour but again figured I would just finish this transaction rather than going elsewhere since they have a price match. Then doing the order on the new systems took additional time and Bob did continually thank me for my patience but I did mention that I have never worked so hard to spend close to $ 3,000 when I knew what I wanted and just had to wait for everything(It was now nearing 1.5 hours and I had workers at my home to worry about. A few days later, when my order was submitted, GE gave me a delivery time and in a recorded message, I found that my address was sent in incorrectly, so I called to make sure it was corrected and it was fixed. Bob, again apologized for the mix up and said the day was an unusual one and to please call if there were any additional issues. The reason I decided to share this review was because when my products arrived from GE for install, the microwave was defective from the box and the install people(third party through Paul/certified through GE) said they were sorry but could call in for a replacement. So I called to see if a replacement could be a priority rather than waiting another 3 days for it. Bob called back to let me know there wasn’t anything he could do and it was unfortunate. In essence, my advice is do price matches and find out as much as you can about the products and the packages offered and if Paul’s offers the best then go there but don’t go based on buying experience for appliances.

I had a great experience at the new Paul’s by the Mission Viejo Mall. I visited the store a few times and always found the service to be very helpful. I worked with Bob Baker and he was very informative and knowledgeable. There was a little hiccup after I got my TV, but Bob smoothed it out very quickly. Would I go back to Paul’s? In a heartbeat. Ask for Bob, you will be glad you did. Loving my Samsung TV.

I shopped around at the big box electronic stores after looking at Paul’s TV. It was obvious Paul’s was the place to buy our new TV. The guys were great and even followed up with me about questions(a lot of them) once we got the TV installed. Don’t waste your time shopping around. Just work with these guys. Very professional and responsive to questions. Prices are great.

Went in looking at a Samsung 55″ LED(7100 series), and ended up leaving with a Sharp 8000(top of the line Sharp and overall better TV than the Samsung) series for $ 500 less than I was planning on spending. Both Eric and Bob were very helpful!

If you havent noticed from previous comments, Eric is a great sales person. We went in to get the Vizio they had on sale for $ 699 and left with a Sharp Aquos. Couldnt be happier. This TV is amazing and the price was great! We wouldnt have been happy with the Vizio and Eric guided us to the perfect TV!

I as so happy that the there’s a new Paul’s here in So OC(Mission Viejo). They always have a great selection of electronics and appliances and great sales and now they are closer to home. I stopped in today(not looking for anything in particular); but the new store is very nice. Thank you to Eric(sorry, I didn’t get your last name) who was so helpful and friendly(and NOT pushy). He was knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions. I will be back before the holidays to do a bit of Christmas shopping(and Eric, I will ask for you) and probably pick up that Bose home theater set up for myself!
