I think it’s hilarious that 3 years later someone is calling my review «fraudulent!» Perhaps he should refer to all the other one-​star reviews.
To the responder: If you have changed management or are working with new employees, just say so. It will build more goodwill than bashing previous, unhappy reviewers.

I would give OC Computer Techs ZERO starts if possible. Total scam. Delivered computer that was faulty, took it back, charged us for a repair even though it was supposed to be under warranty and then sent us a new computer with NO RAM! It couldn’t run. After over 50 unreturned phone calls we finally went out and bought a computer from Best Buy. Now we are out $ 600 with nothing to show for it. Terrible.

Total scam. Do not go here. Called OC computer tech to ask them to fix my macbook because without the charger, it wouldn’t keep on. Met up with one of the employees at the Irvine spectrum and a day later, met up with him again at a carls jr to retrieve my computer and pay the guy. It was somewhere between $ 80 – 120. When he handed me back my laptop, it was dead which i was was really peculiar so I told him to go in the Carl’s Jr. with me so that we can check it out but we couldn’t find an outlet at Carl’s. He convinced me to take his word for it and that i could always call him again if it wouldn’t work. I come home and charge my computer and nothing was fixed. It was exactly the same so I call him and he says okay call me back in 5 minutes. I continue to call and call … and he stops picking up my phone calls. It gets worse.
I decide to drive up to the office since stopped picking up my phone calls and not a surprise, there was no office. Notice that there are no pictures of the business. it’s a fake address. Do yourself a favor and don’t work with these guys. They are total scammers. I bet my review will be flagged by the owner and somehow taken down soon because it’s been taken down before. I’ve seen bad reviews for them and somehow they all get erased.
I finally went to apple and they ran a diagnostic and said all i needed was a new battery which I got. Computer worked just fine after that.
