Hot and Fresh light was on for my birthday fun run with my kids. They sampled all 4 of us on fresh glazed donuts, then he suggested that I get the app and sign up. Did it and got a code for free donuts. Then, after buy 2 dozen hot and fresh glazed, he pointed out that we got selected to do a survey. The reward, a code for buy a dozen get a dozen FREE.

This location, really cares about customer service, the employees are sincerely kind including the manager or shift leader. Aaron is a really professional, goodhearted manager! People like him hired by upper management, shows that this company cares about customer service, the products, and our community!

Love the tastse. Havent been in a while. It was like heaven to finally taste a real donut again.

Donuts are good… But stuff!!! He was soooo rude! I got receipt so I know who was really rude. His name was Patrick (red and orange hair). He made us don’t want to go back there. He kept talking to other stuff members (all girls) and ignore customers. He NEVER said thank you, and he looked so irritated to customers some reason. If you don’t want to work or can’t be nice to customers happy then don’t work. You don’t deserve to work there.

I’ve been coming here since 2012 to get my hot glazed donuts and black coffee. Price is a little more but I enjoyed the atmosphere here. I missed the guys and gals that served me and of course they were college kids working part time. Some of the staff were very kind to me. I see new faces whenever I go there.

This is the only Krispy Kreme location I ever come to, it’s the closest one to my house and it’s also always got great customer service. It was somewhat busy tonight but we were helped in a timely manner and got checked out quickly and even later, our cashier came and asked us if we ordered a large hot chocolate (which we didn’t) but she gave it to us anyway! so that was awesome and this is now the only Krispy Kreme I will come to.

I swear to god this location is the most running out of stuff Krispy Kreme I’ve ever been to in my life. It’s 8:30 on a Thursday and they ran out of basically anything custard/​crème filled. They also ran out of the chocolate iced one. And we were handed our box with glaze all over the box that got all over my pants… ughhhh…

When the Red Light is own you can guarantee that you will be served fresh, hot, melt in your mouth Original Glazed Donuts, and who can resists, not my kiddos. Oh the taste is heavenly and taste so, so good. Another favorite is the Chocolate Iced Custard Filled donut that has the best Bavarian Cream inside that is so smooth and creamy when you take that first bite, yes it is so delicious. And right now those little delights are decorated in Halloween characters that are a hit with the kiddos.
Service here is exceptional, and the employees here make you feel welcome, especially when they give you that free sample of original glaze donut. My kids expect that freebie now at every visit, and the employees are more than happy to provide it to them.

Halloween donuts are the best donuts. This year they have a green and purple monster option. The donut is filled with cream and delicious. The donuts have different monster faces. The frosting gives it that extra sweetness that a donut needs.

Krispy crème is over priced but oh so good. I love the original glazed donuts. They are melt in your mouth good.

The only donut chain that is really always on point.
When the hot light is on, there is really nothing better than a dozen plain glazed, so fresh that they just melt in your mouth!
While some of the other flavors are great too, nothing is as good as the original.
Prices are great and service is nice too, great location.

In my opinion, Krispy Kreme is as good as you get! I particularly love their donuts for the holidays (because who can eat donuts all the time anyway)! We have a ritual of picking up donuts in our household after we have been away or out of the county. So, passing through the OC from LAX… we get these delicious treats (and yes, they should be treats… not your breakfast, lunch or dinner food! They are light and perfectly glazed, two other things I appreciate. I hate a heavy donut and one that looks like it was made yesterday! Never stale and always fresh, go get em!

If there is an item that has more empty calories than the doughnut, I really can’t think of it. Looking strictly from a health point of view, doughnuts have no redeeming qualities whatsoever!

So on a Sunday afternoon around 3:30PM, my better half has a sudden craving for doughnuts (insert your gratuitous pregnancy joke here). And before someone asks … no … Laina is not pregnant! This location is (
) is off the I-​5 at Oso Parkway on the same street as a Best Buy. I was surprised to find outside seating (
) as well as a good amount of seating inside (
), I have always considered doughnuts kind of a to-​go food.
Walking inside, you immediate get a sugar rush from the display case (
) and you can grab a free sample while deciding how to satisfy sweet tooth. The samples were the S’mores (way too sweet) and the Oreo Dirt Cake (liked it enough to buy one).
Laina was disappointed to hear it would be fifteen minutes for the regular glazed (
) since they had just started the process of making them. Basically the dough is formed and put onto a conveyor belt that runs the dough slowly through an oven which causes the dough to expand before being dumped into hot oil. Half way through the oil, the doughnuts are flipped before getting a shower (
) of glaze.

Don’t forget to get your free krispy kreme glazed when the «hot» light is on! Laina’s craving had to do with the fresh glazed, so after we purchased our box of round shaped heart attacks, we waited for about 15 minutes for the fresh glazed to make their way from the oven to the end of the conveyor belt. One of the workers actually asked if we actually wanted a free glaze … sigh! No, we have been waiting around your store for 15 minutes watching dough expand, fry and get drenched in glazed so we could leave without one. Doing the math … 15 minutes of my life equals one glazed doughnut.

With our free glazed doughnuts in hand, we headed for home. Needless to say, the fresh glazed didn’t even make it back to the freeway before they were consumed. Their glazed are delicious when fresh and hot!
The rest of our haul were a mixed bag. I was really surprised how much I liked the blueberry fritter and the Oreo Dirt Cake (limited time only) was another hit. The rest of the doughnuts were basically non descript, you can probably do better at a mom and pop shop, especially in the size department. One thing which is hard to miss is these doughnuts are smaller than the same doughnut at other doughnut shops.
The service wasn’t very friendly or engaging. It seemed like the workers were just there, I guess it hard to be excited about working for minimum wage.
I have never understood the hype with Krispy Kreme, although I will admit they are a better option than other chains such as Dunkin Donuts and Winchell’s.

Every once in a while, I just gotta have a Krispy Kreme. This location is located just off the 5 Freeway in Mission Viejo. I like to stop here at night when I am on my way home from visiting my daughter at her school.
This location is usually not that busy during the later night hours. It is clean and well kept. The employees are friendly and helpful. They always offer a free sample when I am waiting to order my donuts.
The donuts have always been fresh and they always have a large selection to choose from. I particularly enjoy the cream filled donuts with the chocolate frosting on top and the plain glazed donuts. During the holiday seasons they have different donuts to reflect the holidays. For Easter, they had Easter themed donuts that were super cute. The prices are pretty good for a dozen.
This location has a drive-​thru and plenty of parking. The store and drive-​thru are open until 10 pm during the week and 11 pm on the weekends.

Stopped in this location on our way to Carlsbad, on par with any other Krispy Kreme I’ve been into — which may only be one other now that I think about it.
Clean, good service, cute hats for the little ones, free glazed donuts for us! Sweet, I could have probably stopped right there with one, but c’mon you guys know I have no self control so we ordered a dozen.
The original glazed is the best. I tried bites of several others, including some Easter options and my second favorite is still the one with sprinkles but you can’t go wrong with original.
The coffee was just ok from what I recall.
Plenty of parking out-​front in their private lot.

When I think of donuts, I think of Krispy Kreme. ALWAYS! Sometimes you just want a simple, classic donut done perfectly and unfortunately they do the donuts TOO well where you end up saying, «Ummm wth happened to the donuts I bought!»
I’ve been here multiple times and love it when every year they do their ¹²⁄₁₂ event with buy a dozen glazed and get a second dozen free, which is perfect bonus for my coworkers! Don’t forget to sign up at Krispy Kreme’s website, so when it comes to your birthday, you can go grab a free donut and commemorate the day your parents decided to get it on 9 months before and popped out such an awesome specimen! You have to print it and bring it out, they don’t accept ones on smart phones.
Another reason to love this place is their Iced Coffee is on point! Honestly there’s been a few times where I just want to go there and get a coffee, however I refrain from the awkward glares and stares by the workers because I’m sure I’ll be the first person to ask for JUST a coffee.
I don’t come here all the time mainly because I would easily be 50 pounds heavier, but definitely do make this the place to indulge in some extra calories since you’ve been so good.

There is nothing like a hot and fresh now donut at Krispy Kreme! The perfect consistency of soft melted cake almost like cotton candy drizzled with a sugar shower making the frosting slightly crispy… Yummmmmm

Will usually try to stop here on my way back to San Diego. Look for the «Hot Now» sign when it’s lit up. Nothing like a good warm doughnut. Yummy! Good customer service and open until 10 PM on week nights and until 11 PM on weekends.
What’s not to like about doughnuts? Nice half way point to stretch your legs and get a sweet treat. Love the yeasty decadence. Many seasonal favorites. I like the strawberry crème filled. It’s evil! Plus now they have pumpkin filled and pumpkin old fashioned style during the fall.

Another Krispy Kreme with a drive through, how is this legal? These donuts are so addictive I am surprised they are not on the DEA’s list of banned substances. Seriously what’s not to like about these fine donuts with this type of convenience, I ordered two dozen and it set me back eighteen bucks. For a penny extra you get any size drink with a purchase of a dozen donuts. Drove four miles out of my way to get my hands on these fresh Krispy Kreme Donuts !!!
