Ken’s Karpet Kare

Ah-​maze-​ing!!!
My boyfriend and I have lived in our new (ish) town home for a little over a year now. We have light carpet, a cat and we walk in the house with our shoes on. It was about that time where we started noticing spots on high traffic areas of our carpet, especially on our flight of stairs from the garage to the main living floor.
My boyfriend’s parents use Ken to clean their carpets, so we gave him a call to get a quick quote over the phone and to schedule a time to come in. Our home is close to 1600 square feet, about half of that is carpet. We have no major stains, just normal wear. Ken quoted us $ 125 over the phone. No problem. We were also able to get a slot to get out carpets cleaned a couple days later — we got a Tuesday appointment, Ken would be here between 12−1pm and he said it’d take about 1.5 hours to clean the carpet.
Day of the cleaning, Ken and his son showed up in the window he gave (about 12:45). The first thing he did was a walk through with me so I was able to show him where the carpet is that needed to be cleaned. After the walk through, he verified that the price would still be $ 125 since we have no visible big stains. Then Ken and his son then started cleaning. The cleaning took only about 45 minutes (quicker then I thought!) and I thought they were very efficient. After he was done, Ken went over the cleaning with me and let me know of only one trouble area he found in the master bedroom (it was a place where I had spilled something and had trouble getting it out myself and I guess it was still in the carpet). Other then that, no issues.
It took about 24 hours for the carpet to fully dry. Our carpet looks amazing today and like new! I’d highly recommend Ken for your carpet cleaning needs. He is just that amazing. He’s friendly, efficient and honest. What more can you ask for when it comes to a person or company that is coming out to work or clean something that you use on a daily basis, right?! I couldn’t ask for more.
On a side note, he takes only cash or check. Come prepared! Also, the cleaner he uses is environmentally safe and safe for your pets (we have a cat and one of the first questions he asked us is if we have a pet). I like that he is conscious of our four legged fur babies as well as making the humans happy. I like!
