I have used, and been extremely satisfied with, JM Tree Service for over 10 years. Maybe Jose now has too much business, because its clear that this year he didn’t care about my business or my satisfaction. He didn’t even return my call for an estimate for over 24 hours, then was an hour and a half late for the appointment. His crew was to have started the next morning, but showed up late in the afternoon on the same day. Although his crew was very polite and professional, it’s unreasonable to think they could do a good job in the dark. …but they finished well after dark. I called Jose while the crew was still on site. We started talking and he said one of the workers was paging him, but he would call me back. Didn’t call me back until the next afternoon to ask for a check. I made an appointment for the next morning for him to talk to me about my dissatisfaction and to pick up a check. Again, he showed up an hour and a half late and it was clear that he had no interest in trying to turn me into a satisfied customer. It’s sad to see the customer service go down the drain as it obviously as.
