I recently required assistance with an conditional use permit. This permit is required for state licensed schools in almost every city in our state. We have secured a new location in Tustin CA and as such, this permit is needed.
City planners are concerned about the impact that a vocational school such as ours may have on the community. Increases in traffic and adequate parking are at the top of their list of concerns. Going into the details of what was required would be boring to anyone outside of our industry. Suffice to say, Prominent Escrow Service is brilliant. I have to specifically mention and thank their Director of Marketing, Jim Mecklenburg. He was outstanding in his responsiveness and attention to detail.
I do not regularly write reviews on this or any other site but the commitment to customer service and satisfaction in this instance was unheard of and totally unexpected. I am not a user of escrow services and was not a client prior to this one transaction but if I ever require escrow work on the closing of a residential purchase or sale, or on the purchase or sale of a company, I will most certainly use Prominent Excrow once again.
