Bad customer service. I think maybe the worst. Small store, wasn’t even busy. employees were too focused on what a fellow employee was going to wear out that night. Walked up and down the store quotes few times and even looked up to try to get eye contact with one of the 4 employees and nobody looked up. Seriously disgusting. I slept on writing this review bc I work in customer service and I totally understand if employees are busy but they even greet guests as they are walking into the store. I tried to switch it up and go to Anna Taylor bc I have a few pieces but I just went Nordstroms, where I usually go and got great customer service.

When in search of work appropriate attire, Ann Taylor is on my list of stores to shop at. They have everything from suits, blazers, skirts, and dresses. They also have more age appropriate casual clothes too. I recently visited this store to return some items I had ordered online. No issues with the return. Service was friendly and the sales associate informed me that the entire store was 40% off that day. I ended up buying a button down shirt and a sweater for work.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service… or lack thereof. I came in today looking for a few items for an upcoming interview and was not greeted or even acknowledged by any of the employees. The store is small and was not busy, so there was no excuse. My boyfriend and I walked around the store a few times hoping to be greeted or asked if we needed help, but instead the two cashiers gave us dirty looks and didn’t say one word. I even had to help myself to the fitting room… twice! I will never return to that store again.

GREAT location! After SEVERAL bad customer service experiences at the South Coast location, it was so refreshing to walk into this calm and welcoming location. The woman helping me was so kind and attentive this Saturday morning. There were about 6 customers in the store at the time and she was equally welcoming and helpful w/​all of us. I also found their racks to have most sizes in stock which is rare at most AT stores I visit.

I need bigger hips or they need to make slimmer-​fitting pants. Same problem with the Loft. The pants look deflated on me — not the clean style I’m looking for.
Tip: If you wait long enough, they have 60% off sales that score you extra markdowns. Of course, you risk not getting that item you had your eye on but a lot of the sweaters and blouses drop under $ 30 and you can’t beat that. They will even have suit jackets on sale at great prices. Love it!

I love Ann Taylor! This weekend, the sale was 30 percent off full price items and 50 percent off sale items. AT has changed so much in its styles this last year or two. It now has bright colors and fun clothing and shoes. It still has the business suits too (black, grey, if u need that). I used to buy all my casual clothing at J Crew, but AT has been really much better with its sales than JCrew. Yesterday, the same colored denim ankle length pants were $ 128 at JC and on sale for $ 63 (approx – cannot remember exactly) at AT. I’m wondering why JC quit having as many sales as it did in the past. Hmmmm
