I strongly recommend «A Source of Pride» for any framing needs you may have. Took my damaged frame and it was fixed within 24 hours! Quality of repair was outstanding and service provided by owner was excellent. I’ll be back!!!

Excellent service I went in last minute to have some glasses engraved for a gift and they were very nice and willing to help me in every way!

We first went to Joe to frame a painting we had purchased. He had a great selection and his prices were very fair. He did a wonderful job!
I then brought a painting we had shipped to us from Hawaii that had arrived with some creases in the canvas. Joe was able to stretch the canvas to repair it and did a perfect job. Thank you Joe for your knowledge and professionalism!

Great place to have gifts engraved. I was on the eve of an out of town trip and the owner was able to deliver exactly what was needed on a very special gift. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to make sure that it was exactly right and had it ready before I needed it. Thank you so much.

I had purchased a 4-​piece set of framed art purchased in China at an estate sale. The frames had been damaged over the years. Two were ‘repaired’ with black electrical tape and hot glue. They were a hot mess! Joe restored and repaired the frames to nearly new. One of the frames was cracked and damaged. Now it’s nearly impossible to find where the damage was. For any of my artwork now, he’s my go-​to-​guy.

Terrible customer service! Came in looking to frame my husbands deployment knife as a gift… When I walked in, there was a lady waiting while I heard a lot of shuffling in the back. At about 3 mins after I have walked in, an older fellow comes out and says «I’ll be with you shortly»… My husband, kids, and I waited for about 15 mins. My husband took our youngest outside since he was getting really bored. Within those minutes we were waiting, I simply walked over to the front door to just watch my husband and son. I felt someone staring at me from behind so I turned around and it was the worker just standing in the back looking at me. It was a very awkward feeling that he gave me. I as if he was racial profiling me because I’m young with two kids and probably because I was not Caucasian. I suggest you look else where for business! Terrible experience!

Really accommodating staff. I came in for help packaging my large photo frames and they helped out. They are located in a Pavilions shopping plaza. No boxes, but they have frame corners and photo mats.

This is our third time coming here and we continue to be amazed at the service and value this store provides. Every time I have been here, Joe has taken the time from his busy schedule, in between seeing customers, to engrave and work one on one with me. He engraved both items for me while I waited, without getting impatient or frustrated with my particular designs and requests. He is truly a master at his trade and just an overall good person to do business with. He continues to have our business and anyone needing these services will not be disappointed.

Joe is a superb framer and a wonderful person who is extremely trustworthy and skilled. I collected letters and manuscripts from historical individuals and he has always done a masterful job on probably 7 different projects I have thrown his way. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I have had this hobby for about 20 years and have dealt with many framers, but Joe is absolutely the best. A true artist in his profession.

Delivered two historical photos of family members (100 years old). The owner Joe Hodulik is a certified framer and I could not trust these images to anyone less. The photos had major condition issues. Mr. Hodulik delivered a flawless restoration. Attention to detail and restoration was outstanding. Looked «new» when delivered. Even the oval frames were restored. My family could not believe the final results. Grandmother almost cried and admired throughout Christmas Day. I can not thank Mr. Hodulik more. Great person and most qualified. Prices were reasonable as well. He will be my «go-​to» guy for all future restoration and framing needs. Thanks!

My experience here was wonderful. I had a number of leather dice cups that I needed engraved for my groomsmen. This was the ONLY place that I could find in south orange county willing to even do this type of work. I brought the dice cups in on a Sat morning and spent a solid 30 minutes 1-​on-​1 with the owner working through the layout, look, font of the engravings so that I would get the final product I was hoping for. I never once got a rude vibe from the owner, so I’m not sure what this Grace lady’s problem was. The owner estimates a 3 day turnaround for the engravings, but later called and said that he had time and got them done that day. Prices were very reasonable and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. If it wasn’t for this place I would have really been stuck. I can’t speak for the framing here, but if you need leather work done, it’s worth your time to check it out.

I completely disagree with the poster Grace.
We had such a nice experience getting out kettubah (it’s a beautiful Jewish wedding contract) framed here. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and has a great eye for the colors of the matting and the frame. It turned out so lovely — I couldn’t even imagine the options and choices.
The price was the same if not less than if we got it done at Aaron Bros or some chain place like that. And the beauty and quality of what he did for us is great!
