I walked in and the lady said 25. So I got my full set. The guy asked the shape I wanted, so I said coffin. Either he didn’t speak English or he didn’t speak English because my nails looks like trash. I felt so bad for the guy that I didn’t make a scene. He told me okay 30! I’m like She said 25. And he said the shape is 5 $ ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Why didn’t you say that before so I could have gotten up and walked out. The nails are horrid !!! right after I went to a nail salon and had them removed!!! He took hours and they looked like a 2^nd grader did them!!! Don’t come here

I had a mani (full set) & pedi done. The lady who did my pedicure did a decent job. The man who did my nails was terrible. He was very sloppy in his work, didn’t clean my cuticles, he didn’t even clean my nails after filing them down that you can see all the debris under the acrylics. Even trying to speak to him was difficult because he acknowledges like he understood but does he fix it? No! I’ve been to plenty of nail salons in the SFV but this place by far is the worst.
I gave one star because the people are friendly and it’s clean. The work they do is not worth the price IMO. This is the last time I go to this place.

I came here late one Monday evening after work. I was in desperate need of a mani and pedi– just basic. Denise helped me. She took her time and it was the best pedi I ever had. They were busy, but she did not rush and I felt very comfortable with her– she is amazing!!! Go and ask for Denise!

Neverthought a spa would have NO RESTROOM!!! Really!!! Unbelievably poor service and no respect for a client who is willing to spend money in their spa! The owner just looked at the floor, as if she did not want any business! Would not even consider helping me!!! What spa treats people so poorly!!! Awful!!!

I went in on a Wednesday when they had the mani & pedi special for $ 20.99, David helped me that day. I had an ingrown toe nail and had some pain but David supposedly removed it. I was in pain that same day but thought it was normal the next day I woke up with my toe swollen with pus obviously I got an infection !!! I went in the next day and David wasn’t there so Amy spoke to me and said I was ok! Obviously I wasn’t ! It was horrible I couldn’t walk for 2 weeks plus! DO NOT GO HERE !!!

I usually go to nail pavilion and will keep going. But this time I decided to go across the street to this thus nail and spa and wow! My gel polish is lumpy! And I paid $ 33 plus $ 5 tip for some lumpy nails and gel on my fingers! I got a fill and gel color, but this guy put the top coat gel on my fingers, I noticed when I got home, I tried taking off and it lifted my polish. Never going back! No stars for this place. Idk maybe I’m just too picky, but if ure getting acrylics with gel I don’t recommend. Maybe manicures I saw a few nice ones but not what I got! Waste of my money.

I always walk in and they help me not too long after. The only thing I don’t like about this place is that I always come for a fill and they ALWAYS give me a different price. Why? I don’t know. They are doing the same job, it doesn’t make sense. Also, sometimes the nails come out nice and sometimes it looks like I did them myself.

Okay guys walked in walked right out, packed no one has any idea what is going on, it’s packed no one acknowledge that I walked in or that I even walked out. I will take my money elsewhere I won’t be recommending this place

Been coming to Thu’s for 2 years. I absolutely love it there. They always do my nails right. Everyone is always happy.

I am only rating on Gel polish. I’ve been here 3 times and all times have gone with Jenny for gel polish change on my hands and I have to say she has been good so far! She is always nice and friendly and DOESNT Rush. I am very picky when it comes to polishing and she always does a great job. As for the other services I don’t know I haven’t tried. Ask for Jenny (lady with really short hair) :)

I’ve been using them for 4 months now. My nails always looks great. The price is low and everyone is friendly. I recommend them.

WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! I went there Easter weekend while visiting my parents. A lady name Kim did my nails and they looked fine at first. The next day my nails were bending. Mind you they are not even long. They felt funny when I touched them (never experienced that before) and the gel started cracking. I had a nice cracked nails for easter. I called them Monday to complain and Kim answered the phone.(She didn’t remember me of course!) but I told her about my nails and she said all they can do is redo them (no money back even though I had my receipt.) I tried going back the following week. Walked in the door and saw a lady putting her feet in the same Led light they use for gel nails. WTF!!! so unsanitary. I walked back out and went across the street.

Good job! Price is reasonable… Love that they take the time to massage you… Will be coming back

STAY OUT!!! This place it’s horrid, i live down the street and one day I decided to come here just because it was convenient and omg no never again. they’re so rude! i went to get a full set and every single one of my nails was crooked. my nail lady cut every single one of my fingers i seriously wanted to cry and I’d tell her she was hurting me and she’d tell me it was my fault! so ridiculous

Always friendly and the prices are amazing they usually have a sale Mon-​Wed $ 20.99 spa mani/​pedi. I’ve been going there for years and it does not disappoint. They have massage chairs so you can relax while you get your nails done. Jocelyn is great at designs. I have asked her to do a couple of things and she is more than happy to do it. Recently we went to the very overhyped expensive «laque nail» place. We wanted these nails (in the picture) they ran about $ 78 at this place my sister got them for $ 55 (basically $ 25 for acrylics and $ 3 for designs for each nail) still pricey but so worth it! And it was all hand painted NO STENCILS! I completely recommend this place. They are affordable, friendly and have great costumer service. No fancy anything but just exactly what you need.

Came here for my first time for acrylic nails. I am never coming here again. My nails look super fat and I regret giving them a tip even if it was $ 2. They are all uneven and my finger started bleeding from the lady like sanding it. I even told her that I don’t like it this wide and she said well my fingers are too small like really?! I came here with acrylic nails grown out and narrower. I don’t understand why she made them look like that. They just look crappy. Don’t come here for acrylic nails!

Okay today I tried this place out for the first time. I only got my eyebrows done because I was in a rush. They did a tremendous job I am very picky but Thus did them herself and she shaped them beautifully. It took less than 5 minutes. Didn’t hurt. Looked fabulous. will go back to see what they can do with nails.

Not even a day old and my NAILS look like if I had my little niece do them. The nail polish she used look chunky and old, Very thick & heavy. The lady that helped me did not clean around my nails or on my toes. She didn’t even bother to cut my nails (they were a bit longer) all she did was file them down and that was all. No cleaning no nothing. the Polish was a big heavy layer and you can see the layers on the thumb. My left hand is actually worse!!! I guess you get what you pay for right? $ 20.99. Wrong. I have gone to another nail salon where they do it for 16 $ only reason I didn’t go there was because of the commute.!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Service was horrible we waited 45 mins for. A 10 min job!!! Not only that but for them to tell me are you giving a tip! Horrible !!! I shouldn’t have paid or tipped them!

I like this nail shop. It’s right by my house and a few months ago I went in there with my arm in a sling. I had rotator cuff surgery and I needed them to do my nails for a wedding I was going to be in. Unlike the nail shop across the street the girl came from around the table and did my nails. I really liked them. They are cheap so you get what you pay for. Your not going to get long massages usually with the pedicures or things like that but I think the prices are super cheap. They always do a great job and the paint on my toe nails stays on forever! I get compliments all the time after I get my toes done here. Definitely recommend the place!

My sisters and I decided to go here on a Monday afternoon because we saw there huge yellow sign that lured us in…$ 20.99 for a mani/​pedi seemed very exciting. As we walked in we were seated at our chairs. My sisters were able to get there nails done leaving me waiting for my turn. After 30mins the technician came and told me to sit at a table then moved me to the spa chair and handed me off to a male who seemed to not know what a pedicure was. I sat in that chair for 2hours trying to get a somewhat decent pedicure and then my nails … The owner was so rude and brushed my nail as if she was sanding a wall ! I recommend not getting lured in by there tacky yellow sign and keep driving !
