I left a dress for alterations to the waist. And so far they’ve done great! I’ve taken 3 dresses to them since then for the same alteration.
They haven’t lost anything of mine. Yet?
My last recent item was a cleaning to a costly white coat. I hope I get it back.

do not come here! they take forever to help you out on the front desk whether you are dropping off or picking up, doesnt matter. they are very irresponsible. they lose your outfit and their solution is to let you borrow someone else’s until they can find yours. how disgusting and unprofessional … days after the inconvenience, when they finally find your clothes, all they offer is to not charge you. oh how nice of them.

I came in to pick up my blazer one day and they had lost it. I explained to the lady that I needed it for work that same day and she explained that it had been tossed in a van sent to downtown los angeles. She even offered to let me borrow someone else’s blazer. I will never go back.

It was my first time using this dry cleaners and I gave it a chance. NEVER again will I come in and use it or RECOMMEND it to any one to use it. They lost my suit and they wanted me to try on another suit that was not even my size. When it came down to it they did pay for my suit, but they never apologized and they acted non-​caring that they lost my suit. NEVER AGAIN!!! SUPER BAD SERVICE.
