So after getting off a late shift from work I decide to go to Del Taco, why, i don’t know! worst decision ever! First of all the guy cooking the burrito was the cashier and wash handing the money with the same gloves as he was using I’m assuming to make my burrito disgusting!!! Then My burrito was cold, I ate it I was hungry. The next day I was throwing up all day I had never felt this disgusted in my life they need to handle there food in a better matter please ppl don’t eat at this nasty place it could be a lot worst maybe but I’m very disappointed… The health department will know about this…

So tonight the wife wanted tacos so we decided to go to the del taco on chatsworth and sepulveda what a freaking ass joke of a taco now granted we knew it was taco Tuesday where you get three regular tacos for $ 1.29 but the amount of taco meat in all the tacos wouldn’t even make 1 normal person taco i mean the meat doesn’t even cover the bottom of the damn taco shell this is total crap and I don’t know about y’all but I work to damn hard for my money and to get screwed on some lame ass taco’s just chaps my ass to no end Del Taco get your shit together and quit screwing your customers

I’ve been to this Del Taco more times than I can count. I work overnight right down the street so this is a god send for me. They almost always get my order right which is nice cause I make special orders. Shout out to the overnight crew who are always nice to me. It’s a Del Taco, so you can’t expect gourmet food or spectacular service, but I definitely appreciate that it is open 24 hours and they are consistent.

Ordered 3 tacos today(Taco Tuesday) and they were all lettuce with a trickle of beef. After I complained about the lack off beef, they took the lettuce and cheese out and gave them back to me. Wtf? This is my first and last time here. The Del Taco in Sylmar is way better. Never have this problem!

No wonder your rating is at a 2 star. The place is being run by Marcos. Marcos believes everyone should know about the process of coming back to pick up an order Michael got wrong. Marcos believes a customer should go out of his way for 6 tacos which were $ 2 each and come back sooner than a couple of days. A total of $ 12 plus taxes for those tacos by the way. I would not spend my time dealing with a sarcastic general manager, drive all the way back for an order the staff did not get right, because there is a process I needed to follow which I was not aware of, because Michael said, «Don’t worry, just ask for me when you come back and I got you.» Keep your tacos Marcos. Always check the bag yourself here.

I don’t come here all the time but the last few time I have I am clearly disappointed. The manager clearly does not care about his customers and unsure if quality is a concern of his either. So the Manager is a short balding gentleman that gives you looks as if you are bothering him and he is not very presentable at all. The young kid Micheal I think his name is the worst as per every time I come in here he is being reminded how to do his job and he always has an excuse as to why he messed up or some BS. I know working in a fast-food restaurant is not that hard. Ive done it and succeeded while doing it but I don’t understand how people can repeatedly make mistakes and and ruin so many trip to one restaurant. Now I am one person I could just imagine what happens in an entire day. I know large companies like this don’t care about what we the consumers really think or say because that know people come back because the food is inexpensive and convenient. Well at least when they aren’t messing up your order or making you feel like you are bothering them. Wake up Del Taco take care of your customers because without us you are nothing. On a side note I just saw the kid Micheal scratching his face and rubbing his head and then wrap some food up and put it in a bag. Disgusting! Well that’s what I feel at least.

I live within walking distance of this Del Taco and I have honestly never had so many problems with ANY fast food restaurant. The last two times I went — they got my order COMPLETELY wrong. No joke. Like terribly, awfully wrong. The last time it was actually the MANAGER working the drive thru! It was obvious that he was trying to get my order done as fast as possible and he screwed it up big time. Then today, it was a young woman working the drive thru and she actually asked me to back up my car in the drive thru until she waved to me to let me know my order was ready. This was clearly to reset their order timer. Completely unacceptable. And they got my order seriously wrong again! This service is not okay at all. It seems like they put a lot of pressure on employees to meet timing requirements at this location and order accuracy is really suffering because of it. Not okay. I’d rather wait 5 more minutes for my food than not enjoy it at all.

I am reducing my rating due to several recent incidents in which they have screwed up my order. I ordered deluxe chili cheese fries for example, and they came as regular chili cheese fries, but of course I was charged for deluxe. Another time recently I ordered two veggie burritos but one of them came as a bean and chesses. The bitch of it is, is that I did not discover until I was miles away and chowing down. Customers should not have to double check orders, especially simple ones like mine. Another annoyance is that lately they have hired(and not trained) people who ask you to repeat your order several times. Unacceptable. This place has totally dropped in customer experience in the last six months. I will give them another chance, but they are on notice: once more and you have lost an 8-year customer!

This store is always closed and offers directions to the Nordoff location. This store forces patrons to acquire a token to use the restroom which is dirty and embarrassing. Don’t bother stopping because even if the drive thru is open it will more than likely disappoint.

The worst ever… first i had an $ 86.19 order and they would not let me pay with a hundred dollar bill. Like that was just bull shit… then they got my order all wrong. i ordered 3 deluxe chili cheese fries with extra sour cream in stead i got chili fries with out sour cream or the cheese and tomatos. I ordered 3 regular tacos and got shrimp tacos and my daughter can eat the shrimp because she is deathly allergic… worst ever and will never gp back again.

Typical Del Taco. Quick turn around on the food. Good service and this location tends to be cleaner than many of the others in The Valley. Fortunately, it’s a quick easy on, easy off with the 118.

Went in to the restaurant to place a large order only to hear the manager call another employee a «fucking asshole» not just once but twice in front of myself and others in the restaurant. Called the corporate office to complain since I was very offended to have my call never returned. I live just around the corner but I will never be going to this establishment again. I can’t believe one they language in front of customers then to not even be acknowledge when calling the corporate office. They lost a long time customer.

I always come here for breakfast… drive through The morning girl that works there is pretty nice. I haven’t really waited long for my order and I always order from the lunch menu for breakfast. ALWAYS check your receipt and order because on several occasions, I’ve left and my order was incomplete(missing hash brown sticks, chicken quesadilla didn’t have chicken, etc.)
