I first went to Fabulous Lola’s shorty after the store opened. My husband and I stumbled across the store accidentally, and I was attracted to the bright pink window display. I ended up buying SEVERAL things my first trip, over $ 100 worth. Same thing the next time. I became friends with the owner because she is so helpful and sincere. I have literally rebuilt my closet thanks to Fabulous Lola’s. It used to cost me about $ 70 for a really plain dress at Lane Bryant’s. I can pay $ 20 for something better at Fabulous Lola’s. As a college instructor, looking professional and feeling confident is really important to me. This store has totally changed the way I feel about myself! The store takes credit cards and cash, it’s open three days a week, which, yes, can be inconvenient, but the store owner is a new mom and has to watch her baby the other days. She actually doesn’t even get paid because she is a small business owner. She truly believes in the plus-sized community as a valuable resource, and I agree. Return the favor a support a woman, mother, and small business owner!

Fabulous Lola’s is a wonderful clothing and accessories shop for larger women in the Mishawaka/South Bend area! At entry, you are greated by the owner Noelle, who treats you like a friend and offers coffee and assistance. The store interior looks like it was decorated by an artist– and it is! Several original paintings and artwork are found throughout the store. The clothing is stylish, clean, and very inexpensive. Everything is sophisticated and fashionable. When I have visited, customers were always impressed with the quality, selection, and value of the clothing. There is also affordable accessories and jewelry– much if it unique– it makes for great gifts. Visit this store, you will not be disappointed! It is obvious that the owner truly cares about her customers and about downtown Mishawaka. Noelle is on a committee seeking to improve and promote everyones shopping experience at historic downtown Michawaka.
