Went to store to try a bra to wear with bridesmaid dress, associate put me in a room with no mirror. She never came back to help so I went ahead and decided to purchase bra. First they tried selling me the one that everyone tries on. Hell No! So they go to get me a new one. Needless to say after I get home they not only gave me the wrong bra but the wrong size. Tried calling manager several times and she has yet to return my call. This is the worse place I have ever been to for customer service.

I have a couple friends dealing with the exceptionally rude staff at this location. One is the bride and a few are bridesmaids. The bride was trying on dresses and was flat out told by a VERY RUDE associate that she «could not wear that dress with that tattoo on your back» RIDICULOUS! A person let a lone a bride should not be ridiculed for their body in a place that is supposed to be helping them look their most beautiful on the most important day. Another friend a bridesmaid in this wedding was getting fitted for her dress. Once she got it on the zipper would not move and was clearly broken when there was more than enough room for it to zip. When she informed the clerk at this store that the zipper was malfunctioning the clerk snidely said «are you sure you’re just not too big for it?» then proceeded to walk over to another associate give my friend sideways looks and start giggling to each other. I’m sorry, but that is uncalled for. She was lucky my friend has self respect to not listen to her because i would have thrown down in the middle of the store. As i can see by the reviews on this website EVERYONE HATES THE STAFF AT THIS STORE. Maybe David’s should do something about this. My sister a year ago was going to buy a very expensive (into the multiple thousands of dollars) dress at this store and the staff so was rude and talked down to her that she pulled her business and went somewhere else. I would implore everyone even thinking about going to this store to do the same.

Cheap and tacky dresses, one dress was not altered, though alteration fee was paid in advance, the grandmother of the brides dress had a broken zipper. Polyester dresses for bridesmaids in really awful colors. Avoid this place even if you need to travel a distance.

Every time I go in this store the staff is VERY rude. I wouldn’t recommend this David Bridal to anybody! I now drive about 2 hours to go to a different one so I don’t have to deal with the rude staff.

They asked me to pay for the dress first and then they can tailor it. But the cost was as high as buying a new dress! They should tell me the approximate cost i advance so I don’t need to waste my time measuring. No one was taking care of me after I paid for the dress.
After that, they called me several times a day but no one was answering!
